@@dominicturner77 I also hear that.... But I think the problem is anybody can make dnb now, literally anyone and there's soooo many new producers now who jump in the scene with little to no experience with dnb except tik Tok.... Hence why so much of it sounds the same now. It's become almost factory made, it's like nobody actually cares about the art no more, everyone wants that viral hit.... There are so many tunes being pumped out and 99% will be forgotten, so many tunes now will fail the time test. Sorry for the speech, I'm very passionate about dnb 🤣🤣
@jordankrishna same here! Been into the scene since the hardcore days in 1992. You are spot on. In the 90s and early 2000s there were lots of big tunes and classics but I can't think of many stand out tunes from the last 15 years. I reckon about 10% of new stuff is top class. I rate Alix perez, trex, T>I, mako, grey code to name a few. You are right that music is over saturated. However it's probably the same with other genres. I'm not a fan of tunes getting played for just 20 seconds either. Give me a Randall mix over someone like AMC anyway.

Good production..... But dnb has deffo lost its soul
I sort of know what you mean. However, it could be that everything has been done now.
