Please differenciate between NRIs OCIs and Residents. The laws are different. OCIs cant buy agriculture land or vote. However all taxes must be cleared including CGT for any taxes
I have read that a resident relative cannot gift agricultural land to an NRI? Also I read that the sale proceeds of an agricultural land acquired by an NRI through Inheritance cannot be repatriated . Can you please clarify both these questions?
How about the case of a parent, who was resident at the time of construction of house property in India and who has become a OCI presently? Can the parent gift the house to his son, who is also an OCI holder?
Very interesting video,on the same lines can you make a video what happens if Resident Indian holds equity on US and what happens if they legal heirs inheritance those or can we gift those equity to other legal heirs are they suppose to pay any Tax? Like inheritance tax applicable for them and how to manage those kindly provide one awareness video on the same.
Hi sir I have 3 different bank accounts in different banks and I converted only one account to NRE other two accounts are normal account . I do transfer in NRE accounts only . Other accounts I don’t send any money from overseas and those are only used for domestic account. My question is do I need to convert all my bank accounts to NRE and NRO accounts? Request your help

Lots of people are violating this FEMA law and buying the agriculture land. FEMA isn't tracking at the aadhar level registration 😮
