- TRAVELING TO EL SALVADOR CHANGED US (Volcanoes, Black Beaches, And Is It Still Dangerous?)
Travelling on our way into Latin America, we had heard of this dangerous country known as El Salvador. After reading a bit about El Salvador, we understood that for years, the country has been the victim of gang crimes. The murder rate per day in 2015 was at 18.2. With the election of the new president, Nayib Bukele, the murder rate per day in 2023 dropped to 0.41. With these intense stats, we had to travel to El Salvador to see for ourselves how the culture has changed since. Could the most dangerous country in the world now be one of the most friendliest ?
Not only the people were incredibly nice, but the landscape of the multiple volcanoes and the infinite kms of Black Beaches definitely changed us.
We explored everything from volcanoes to black coastlines, looking for the spirit of El Salvador.

If anyone decides to visit El Salvador I will be more than gladly to provide tips on where to visit Best Places to eat, Stay and have lots of fun with a short buget..nice video, But it seem they could had visit many different areas at low or no cost that are more amazing ... like thermal water lakes, amazing waterfalls , white sand Beaches that are withinn 30 mins from the beaches they visit
But maybe next time if you need tips or assistance on your stay send me a msg.

Unfortunately, we only had 5 days with the only plan being asking locals about where we should go next. You guys didn't make it to the top? Bad weather conditions from the top of the volcano you have an amazing view from the lake coatepeque the guy selling ice cream at the top he goes back and forth I don't know how many times a day and he sells the ice cream very cheap enjoy you trip in my country you guys are welcome to explore it we have some many things to do from climbing volcanos swimming in a another volcano to surf in one of the best waves in the world tried our food you guys are going to get in love with it as I said before enjoy your trip thanks for passing by ❤

Guys, did you go to "oriente"? If you didn't go east you missed a lot, look for playa el cuco and the espiritu de la montaña next time.
You cannot visit El Salvador without going there.

There are different color of sand black ,white ,grey , light brown, & golden sand . Guys go to another areas in el salvador & you'll see diferent types of sand welcome to el salvador.

My beautifull country, i remember when i was small and my whole street was filled with gang members from ms13 sonsonate to be exact now iam 32 and finally get to see my country rise up and people seen to have more freedom due to bukele 🫡

We can't imagine how it would've felt. Really sorry you had to go through this. When we were in El Salvador, we found that people were showing no signs of fears, but instead, pure generosity and trust towards others and foreigners. It was beautiful to acknowledge.
