I think any manager is going to struggle mid season if we continue to sell our best players. Even if they are carrying the squad, we have to make a stance at some stage. Doncaster amazing stadium but not enough fans to fill it as they are fed up with the model. This will happen at Plough Lane if the model is not reassessed.

Tiley really needs to be replaced with McLean. Kid was what gave us the edge to get a goal a few weeks back when he came on.
Plus the long ball game just doesnt work against these big tall defenders with our short strikers, anyone with an ounce of football knowledge can see it
