Why are judges referred to as lordship and milord ..they are public servants
It's a practice from colonial era as it's English tradition to address judges as lords. Many Indian judges are actually in favor of banning this term in courts.

Who made him CJI ? D Y Chandrachur seems to be not qualified enough to be chief justice of India. How he is selected I think somebody needs to investigate his selection process. Based on the useless argument and discussion and arrogant nature I doubt what will happen to the justice system in India.

CJI IS BEHAVING LIKE A JUNIOR CLERK. NOT A CJI. PASSES AN ORDER, THEN DOES NOT KEEP HIS END OF THE AGREEMENT.
OVER A MONTH HAS PASSED AND STILL NO SECURITY.

The whole country's judiciary system has become a total farce and a place for watching Indian serials where CJI has become the director and Kapil Sibbal and that lady advocate from the side of Junior Doctors(forgot her name) has become hero and heroine.
