My heart was racing when you entered the pen and didn’t know where Cassassa was Kev...My eyes were scanning very fast...lol. Sorry to hear about the diagnosis, however I really hope the cortisone gives the old gal some relief.
I must say that, in recent videos, it's good to see glimpses of other staff working with Lions too - it conveys across the message that it takes the whole team to run the sanctuary, not just Kevin. Even if it's just a walk, there is always at least one other person involved (i.e. to drive the truck).
Thor and his crew being the nosy neighbours we love! Glad that it's something that can at least be treated symptomatically. Will she allow you to give her meds and things or will that all be mixed with her food?
I feel for her. I have the same condition in my back and knees. It is so painful. Hope she can get some pain killers. We old ladies tend to get this type of bone degeneration and accompanying arthritis.
I feel for you and her. I’m in hospital on Monday to have ablation on my back. 3 crushed discs that send pain to a different area everyday. Nightmare. I wish you the best. 🙏🏽
I somewhat know how you feel.....Had two dogs that were getting up an age and both acquired cancer. In the span of two months, both had to be put down as the cancer was inoperable. Really difficult to get through that. As my husband told me, "You can love them, take care of them to the best of your ability, but you can't stop them from getting sick." Keep doing what you're doing and knowing you're doing all you can!
Awww this was coming. My heart was in my throat when I saw the title 😔 I'm sorry you're having a few health problems at the sanctuary. Please let us know about it when you're ready to. We love those animals.
People like Kevin and doctor Caldwell and the staff at the sanctuary restore my faith in mankind. Makes me think we still have a chance. Great video, hope the old girl feels better soon. 🐾🧡
Kevin, I can feel you concern and worry here around our shared planet. There can be no criticism of how hard you try to always do the right thing given the circumstances. Oh it’s so sad to see animals sick. I know they get old just like us. But it still pains my heart. I’m glad to hear that this check up was a success and I hope she feels better soon. She is in my prayers 🙏🏻
Just love them Lions. Majestic creatures. Love love and respect to Mr. Lion Whisperer.
They LOVE YOU Kevin, as we Love YOU for YOU loving them. May OUR LORD bless YOU tenfold! Great LION WHISPERER!!! ☆☆☆☆☆
Merciiiii à MR RICHARDSON. .DE PROTÉGER LES LIONS. ET LIONNES ILS SONT MAJESTUEUX 🦁🦁🦁💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚
Sometimes it’s not so easy to take care of these wonderful lions. Thank youfor the love and care you give them.🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️
I say a prayer tonight for your beautiful lioness, bless her..she is so beautiful ❤
Thank GOD for you taking care of those sweet cats !!
I can't imagine the heartache you must feel. I know myself I sincerely LOVE animals more than humans.
That piece hit him in the face at 3:27 lol.
I am extremely thankful that there are still people on this planet that care and love our animal brothers and sisters, even the problem children. Thank you Kevin for all you and you staff do for those problem children. :)
Wish you could get your own tv show on Animal Planet, National Geographic, etc. the daily life of taking care of these lions the way you do deserves that kind of recognition in my opinion
Aww poor girl! It just kills you too see one of these beauties in pain or not feeling well! ❤️ Perhaps her sister could sense something was wrong and didn't want to leave her sisters side? I hope she feels better soon! ❤️
Poor Cusassa! I have bone Spurs in my shoulder joint and I vouch for the fact that they hurt like the dickens! I am sending prayers for her to begin to feel better quickly. 16 years is a ridiculous age for a lioness!! She is one tough and determined “young” lady!
I pray that all of these precious lions live long, long, and happy, and healthy lives to the fullest, thanks kev for this amazing video!!!
Man Gandalf sounds like a sports engine 😘😘😘what amazing sound... hope Cussasa recovers🙏🙏thank u Kevin n team for ur amazing dedication♥️♥️so much respect
Cheers Neo! 😊
All the people and staff do a fantastic job of caring for these gifts to the world. May God bless your work.
Many thanks Dennis!
An interview with Dr Caldwell would be great!Thank you and your team for taking such good care of your precious animals!
Great suggestion!
My heart was racing when you entered the pen and didn’t know where Cassassa was Kev...My eyes were scanning very fast...lol. Sorry to hear about the diagnosis, however I really hope the cortisone gives the old gal some relief.
I Love how everyone comes together and communicates, and all their skills work in concert to help her. Its beautiful!
I must say that, in recent videos, it's good to see glimpses of other staff working with Lions too - it conveys across the message that it takes the whole team to run the sanctuary, not just Kevin. Even if it's just a walk, there is always at least one other person involved (i.e. to drive the truck).
Thanks for your feedback!
Rhe world needs more people like you and your team of wildlife warriors. Thank you 🙏
Awww this was coming. My heart was in my throat when I saw the title 😔
I'm sorry you're having a few health problems at the sanctuary. Please let us know about it when you're ready to. We love those animals.
How fortunate that the Doc and his team are all so competent and calm while treating the lions.
I always click the quickest When I see the lion whisperer
Same. It's always after 1am where I am in Aust 😂
Same
Me toooooooo!
Me too. 😊

People like Kevin and doctor Caldwell and the staff at the sanctuary restore my faith in mankind. Makes me think we still have a chance. Great video, hope the old girl feels better soon. 🐾🧡
I am so glad it's something treatable . I think this grand lady is in the best place she could be :)
Kevin, I can feel you concern and worry here around our shared planet. There can be no criticism of how hard you try to always do the right thing given the circumstances. The seven thumbs down are folks who do not see the whole context and flow our your life. May the Lord bless you in all you do and allow you to give the animals the best life possible. Good job spotting that Cussassa wasn't feeling well. I hope that she'll have a good recovery and be free of pain! Good work to everyone on the team 💜
I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. Thanks for taking us along Kevin. I hope she feels better and gets her appetite back soon. Have a good one Kevin and crew! Love y'all!😘💓🐾💓
