Girl. I’m on a weight loss rather than a gain journey BUT I stayed the whole video to look at this face. The hair, the make up…yho. L’Oréal, Maybelline, mac, nars better not sleep on you…I’m not a make up girl, but I would do this look ANYDAY. Like I will go and buy make up for this look. Period. You look AMAZING.
I’ve been using cipla actin for 2 years. I was very very skinny, I gained 20kgs!! I’m loving the weight gain. I have curves and thick thighs.. the only thing I hate is my upper body😔 I have too much back fat and love handles. I’ve joined gym recently I’m trying to loose fat in my upper body & it’s not easy and sometimes I feel insecure about my belly fat.
I understand you 100%, I’m going through a similar situation but consistency, consistency, consistency!
Upper body fat is just hard to lose in general but we’ll get there💕

I took them on Thursday one pill it been 3 days but they are still on my body, i am always feeling sleepy, that makes me hard to be productive lapho i have to go to work tomorrow 😭
I stopped cipla actin pills when I started seeing cellulite on my thighs. That really dented my confidence. Now I’m very sceptical when it comes to wearing shorts because of the cellulite😭

I Started taking 1 pill a day and I saw a difference in a month, I was working from home and did not want to start too hard on myself. I stopped and lost almost 9kgs after giving birth, got back to it this month, also I noticed with the tummy its actually more of bloating and looking to get something to debloat cos ab and core workouts never got the mkhaba to go away. Main goal would be to take the pills till I reach my desired body, and maintain meals, maybe then just end up taking it once a week because I do naturally struggle with appetite

I am on the 3 month depo injection and I took/take the pills. But then again, I think you should go to clicks and book a consultation with a doctor so that you can be sure about what you’re about to take and mix into your body🌸

Most people lose the weight after taking the pills so most suggest the vitamin B to prevent that. However, I’m not taking any vitamin B so I am working out to build my muscle in the hopes of maintaining the weight even after I stop taking the pills.
I think you should also keep your eating and working out routine the same even after taking the pills. It’s like a BBL. You get a bbl but you still have to maintain by eating good and working out
So when you're okay with the weight you've gained,can you stop taking the pills?
That’s what I plan to do.
Hopefully, going to the gym now and building my muscle will maintain the weight I have gained

I had the worst experience with this pill, I became so thirsty , very sleepy and terrible piles. I’m sorry I’ll find another way to gain weight and these pills are not it. I don’t think you were skinny, you were slim thick, I’m 39 years old and weigh 56 now that’s skinny
