Currently Panasonic's price is ₹11000 so I think it's gives best value and it has a 360 heating mode so Rotisserie won't matter.

I had a samsung 28l convection. The cavity developed some rust and then sparks were visible while using microwave.
I called the service center and their so called 10 year ceramic cavity warranty didn’t cover anything reason quoted “We don’t have the part”.
Then i was told about the depreciation policy. that is minus 22% per year of the billing cost will be refunded.
P.S. The microwave was used with utmost care.

Thank you for the crisp review. In your reviews, you have pointed out the "Rotisserie" is not present in the Samsung models. But some Samsung models (e g., MC28M6036CC) come with an accessory "Multi spit", which appears to be for similar purpose except it is vertically placed unlike LG ones. Could you please let us know if there is a difference between both as I am planning to get one this week. Thanks again.

Brilliant 👍. I have a 12+ years old Panasonic convection microwave which is functioning well till date without a single breakdown. But the most interesting thing that caught my attention was the mention of the ferment function. I need to check if it is having it and how to use it. Never knew if we could actually use a microwave for fermenting 😊. We do keep stuff for fermenting in it while it is in power off mode though 😅
What's the model of panasonic convection microwave oven
I think fermenting mode was done for cold countries where food won't ferment when kept outside. In most places in India, you can just keep outside without anything and it still ferments very well. In fact, sometimes over ferments.

@@abhishekranjan8490Have used the 28 L model extensively, no complaints. They offer a cookbook and presets become very useful here. The ceramic coating is easy to clean. Delicious tandoori chicken and many other recipes are made. Would highly recommend.
Useful information, specially utensils to be used. I wonder why samsung is on your list as it does not give additional warranty on megatron and rotassire is used for paneer tikka very often

I make pizza from scratch...but some one suggested that these convection oven fail to achieve a higher temperature imp for the pizza crust to be made to perfection..

Pizzas need much higher temperatures to get the real taste. So wood fired ovens and specialist pizza making devices take the temperatures to twice what microwave ovens can achieve. But acceptable pizzas can be made in these ovens. But the taste and texture of pizzas made in specialist pizza ovens will be missing.

It’s generally said that cake should be baked using lower heating rods for better result. But how does it cook in convection microwave oven where we have only upper rods. How is the result compared to OTG
OTG results are always better. But if you are an occasional baker, a convection is good enough. I’ve baked many cakes in my convection oven - but since I do it only 3-4 times a year, a convection is better suites for my needs.

What is difference between Samsungs slim fry and hot blast ? Is it marketing gimmick?
Always get dedicated devices. Never fall for all in one devices that breakdown more frequently; Also run from any microwave oven that has over 10 recipes. If it promises 100 dishes, run faster.
Some ovens promise ridiculous numbers like 300 recipes. If you buy those, you are a certified sucker for senseless numbers.

Your info about IFB is wrong at 3:45. Oil free cooking is present in IFB.

I'm leaning towards the LG 28 L model for 3 reasons - steel cavity (energy efficient + heats faster) + dial control + rotisserie.

I'm sorry to disagree. Baking in an OTG and a convection microwave oven gives vastly different results. An OTG produces far better results.
Agree, but for an infrequent baker - it is not worth having a dedicated OtG - especially if you have space limitations.
@@TheGrapevineIndia yes, that's fair, not everyone is a serious baker. But, you may like to include that observation in you video so that people who follow you know that there is a difference after all.
How is that possible? I thought convection ovens will bake cakes better? Just cancel out the fan function in the convection oven, and it will become a regular oven to bake in. So why would an OTG be better?
