This video was taken before the march started. By the time the march reached the American embassy several thousands were marching, not just a few hundreds as reported here. Intox news when so many people are dying in the Middle East. It was reassuring to be there among so many citizens who still care.

An entirely misleading video and title, taken in Parliament Square mainly of people either walking towards the start of the march in Whitehall or waiting for it to come through the square. There were not hundreds but many thousands taking part and marching to the rally at the US Embassy.
