VDJ is no grade 1 race. Every year a ridiculously slow pace. It’s horse racing not cantering... There should be rules governing speed of races and they should be strictly enforced. It is unfair to the public as we rarely have true run races especially in the July. What can be done to fix this problem??
Agreed... compare it to UK or US racing they travelling at an average speed of 42mph where here it's 24mph.. think the jockeys are scared.. don't even know how half these horses got into the July in the first place..they all donkeys.. suppose trainers were double adapters for the selection board.. and we know how Lafferty got his horse in...presenter trying to train...pathetic..!!!
Would love it if the commentator would stick to calling race and stop making personal sound bites. It’s distracting and he ends up calling the same horse over and over again...
