The two most important days in my life are the day I was confirmed Catholic at age 36 and the day I was baptized at age 10. This was the “invitation song” when I was baptized and I have listened to the Hillbilly Thomists sing it so many times, often with tears. Thank you for posting this live version.
What a beautiful profession of your faith. I am a parishioner at St. Vincent Ferrer Church in NYC (run by Dominicans). The first stop in the Hillbilly Thomists' Old Highway Tour was at my Church. This song was the last song, performed as an encore. It was hard to listen without tears. BTW, the live version was many times more amazing than the recorded version.
