it's not the back that is cracking, the fascia (connective tissue) of your skin and the fascia of the muscles etc below lay on top of each other and can get attached to each other. When pulling them apart you will hear a click.

@@thegodofthegods1084While there are scam chiropractors there are also amazing ones. Ive personally watched one get my mother the use of her arm back and get rid of guy i worked with's limp. There's also another chiropractor here on youtube thats healed traumatic injuries including getting people to walk again and even making a man an inch taller getting him back to almost his original height. If you have severe back/neck pain or range of motion issues i suggest you go to one before you call them scammers. Ive seen them do things doctors never could and that's probably why doctors hate the highest rated ones more than the charlatans. There's a reason why the worlds top athletes use them for physical rehab, the different leagues and their medical staff/financial backers would never allow that if it was a scam.

Men with a "degree" is more accurate. The origin of chiropractors was basically a major scam. Modern chiropractors honestly hurt more than they help. The cracking feeling causes a rush of pleasure that gives very temporary relief, but you always need to come back for that next treatment. Calling them doctors is insulting to other doctorate level degrees.
Just see a physical therapist or someone with a real degree in bodily movement.

Normally, they give a tea spoon of olive oil. Then they do this. My grandmother did this since I could remember. Now my mom does it, and it works. Thought I give my input since I know about it.
