My father died the year Jurgs took over. My dad looked very similar to him which was so heart warming for me. Thanks to COVID, for the very first time on the date of 25th June 2020, Liverpool became champions of England. It was also my birthday. Thank you Jurgen Klopp!
wonderful comment, top man, great manager, your dad would be proud of you bro, jason
As he is my fellow countryman, am so thrilled that Jürgen Klopp gave and gives his all to a wonderful and devoted club and fans. Because of him, I rooted for Liverpool. Am shocked and sad, just like you. But totally understand and feel for him. He needs to pause and recharge his batteries. Wishing him personally the utmost best and wishing Liverpool a totally commited successor, who electrifies the fans just like Jürgen did.
Give him a farewell he deserves and be grateful for his successes.
A man whose hugs will be missed by so many truly is a great man.
klopps success is amazing, but its his passion, emotion and honesty that i will remember .. truly a great manager..a real liverpool "fan".. and a nice guy.. cheers mate 🍻
Those words by the Klopper - this club needs a top manager to be on their game!
That will haunt me for life as Liverpool fan, when he officially does leave us in summer. Because I believe Klopper is best manager at minute and been on his game since this current season started.
Thank you Jurgen and my fellow LFC journeymen, thank you for Madrid, thank you for Barcelona at Anfield, thank you for the great 97 point run, thank you for the best triumvirate ever in the modern era of EPL, the sadio-firmino-salah - the unstoppable 3 horsemen in red. Thank you Jurgen for being the father we all never had. Thank you my fellow football journeymen for sharing these precious memories and emotions with me, without you Jurgen would not have had a stage to shine and share. YNWA. ❤
I had an absolutely visceral reaction to the news this morning, and have been in the doldrums since. I'm so glad that Jurgen is a Red...
I'm old enough just, to remember Bill Shankly retiring and Bob Paisley taking over. That turned out pretty good as I remember. Please, please, please, don't lose Pep! YNWA
same here but not Shankly ... I wasn't even born when Shankly was incharge. We'll Never Roam Alone
Thank you Jurgen "The boss" kloop you'll never walk alone ❤
The best “ normal one” we’ve ever had.
Wow, it's incredible!
Thank you for all the amazing memories, Jurgen, "the best ordinary guy." I recognize that every good thing eventually comes to an end, and it feels like I'm in a surreal nightmare witnessing this. However, I have faith in your judgment and I wholeheartedly respect your decision, boss!
Having the opportunity to meet you face-to-face at some point in my life would be an absolute dream come true. I would love to express my respect and gratitude to you in person.
I fell in love and started to follow LFC when Kenny moved down from Celtic. I might be a Proddy and support Rangers but Kenny was simply the best we had back up home, he was our King on the field. That was Feb 1977, I was 13 and had already lived in English for 5 years before he come down, joining the liked of Lorimer McQueen Jordan Bremner he was the first big name I remember joining LFC, the rest were at Leeds Forest ManUtd ManCity in fact most of the Scottish team played in the English Championship, home for home. Today we look forward to another era another new manager to hopefully join the greats, Shankly, Paisley Dalglish Houllier Benitez and now, Jurgen Klopp !!!! What a set of managers, what teams what fans and WHAT A CLUB !!!! YWNWA....
Absolutely devastated 😢💔
Love Jurgen to bits. Gutted. BUT… I was I Liverpool fan before the last 8 years, and god willing I’ll be a Liverpool fan for another 8. Life goes on, we’re still the best club in the world, and always will be. Up the reds!!!
Thank you Klopp ❤ from doubters to believers
Ange Postecoglou - LFC fan and great positive mentality + attacking style.
That is actually a decent shout but a lot of people are talking about alonso. I’m sure Liverpool as a club would have a clear idea of Klopps successor, they are top business people the owners and will have prepared for a few years to sort the follow up manager that would best suit the club as a whole. I’m sure it would be someone with the fire in the belly for Liverpool.
Shanks is smiling at you mate ❤
We need to honour jurgen with a statue he will forever be revered as the greatest manager we appreciate what you gave us always YNWA BOSS❤❤❤❤
November, 2023 has to be the worst month ever. Lost My Grandfather Unexpectedly Due To Silent Heart Attack While He Was Climbing Up The Stairs, Lost My Pet Dog&It's The Month When Jurgen Klopp Decided To Leave Our Club Liverpool. I'm so done with my life. This is unbearable :'(
Life goes on, there will be many more great memories to come keep your head up. YNWA
Be strong mate klopp is leaving us in a very strong position with a lot of young players
So sad to hear this 😢😢but respect and many thanks to him.fir the joy he gave us ❤❤❤
Excellent lads loved this coverage!
Shocked and stunned.
Like a car crash.
That sudden bang then confusion and trying to figure out what d f just happened. Sad, sad day.
It must have been a very tough decision for our manager but no one knows him better than himself. He has shown love, honesty, care and compassion for the fans and club and still continues to do so. He realises that his own energy isn't infinite and stepping away for time to reset is needed. Makes total sense after 24 years of working. He is showing us all that it is okay to step away for a while when we need to. By making that decision and announcing it he has given the club time to seek a suitable person. Huge boots to fill! Totally support Jurgens decision and as fans we will look out for him as he has done for us. His loyalty to the people of Liverpool and the club just warms the heart. A top manager who also happens to be a humble, kind, funny, loyal and warm person. He cares about people and we care about him too. Next 6 months will be amazing and hope the squad focus on winning for Jurgen!
Gutted about Jurgen. Have been lucky to have experienced Paisley, Dalglish, and now Klopp. Klopp falls on an equal status with these guys for what he has done. It’s going to be very strange not seeing him in the dug out next season. He’s got very big boots and to fill them won’t be easy. My choice is Alonso with De Zerbi 2nd choice. I really hope this galvanises the team and takes them to a trophy or two. Will miss you Jurgen and will enjoy the last months with you and like you said let the best memories happen in those coming months.
help us shout JURGEN KLOPP's name in the 9th minute of the match to commemorate our 9 seasons together
Xabi to be our next manager 🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍
The best manager for Liverpool if Klop leaves is Xabi Alonso because he played for Liverpool he is very good Klop is doing the very same think wat sir Alex Ferguson did to Man United
I believe this whole situation started last season with the poor performance of the team. As the 2022/23 PL season took its course, Jürgen was looking more and more strained (he seemed to have aged 5 years in 9 months).
I was even thinking that it could maybe have led to his premature resignation.
To his credit, he stuck it out and we all know how things have improved this season. However, as he mentioned, he cannot keep doing it again and again and again!
Every Liverpool fan knows how intense he is, especially on match days, and it has finally taken its toll.
Hopefully we can take the PL title and Europa league this season, to honour this great manager!
More interested in what they do for DOF, they need to nail that
The most important thing now is bringing the right manager in with a similar attacking mind BUT we need to make this at first attempt
I had to check what month we was in cos i thought it was april and it was an april fools prank, klopp has laid the foundations just like shanks did and got us back to were we belong so the next manager is going to inherit a brilliant squad and im hoping this could be the paisley repeat.
If Klopp is tired, why is he taking his whole team? lol
Because the tiredness is not the issue, it is FSG.
They had to announce it now as the club needs to start talking to managers/agents to get him in place before the summer.
A shock for all LFC fans but has anyone checked on Daire?
If Klop wants to leave Liverpool must get Gabi Alonso
We're losing a great man and human being, what he achieved developing our club, is beyond comprehension bring on chelsea in jurgon we trust.
Postelegou is my man for the job. Just watch what he does at Spurs. No Kane and they're playing great stuff. Madison out they dropped off but they're back. Stadiums fitting of the football. I'd get Anges number or Levy's fast!
quadraple for perfect sign off
The Kop should be The Klopp
I went for JoAkim Lo ex germany coach
Really? What did he say?
I’m lost 😞
I'm a bit concerned that everyone seems to be talking about this season like it's a forgone conclusion. It's January & that means the Liverpool player's still have a long way to go. It's gonna be an emotional rollercoaster of a run in & while Jurgen has rebuilt the team/squad there are no guarantees that it's gonna be a tropht winning season. 4 or 5 defeats & this season could be a complete shit show.. Jurgen deserves to be able to leave when ever he wants but it's January, why announce now? Imho the timing is all wrong.
Did anyone think on Steven Gerrard as a successor ?
No.
Definitely not he is not up to the task of managing a club like Liverpool even though he was our captain
Steven Gerrard isn't even a manager
466 games?
Yes.
Pep. 7-0 & 4-0
Klopp > Pep no doubt and I’m not even a Liverpool supporter. City is the easiest job in the premier league.
All can say Jurgen you have been brilliant and naturally l am state of shock but you leave Liverpool in a much better place and as a replacement that is going to be difficult but l would love to see Steven Gerrard but we will have to see.
my favourite choice as a successor would be Zinedine Zidane
What about John Coleman?
No January signings.
Definitely not getting any know that’s for sure.
Greetings guys I would like us to look at Hansi Flick, he is unemployed at the moment and he did great things with Bayern!
Bayern isn't a real job. If you pick a random bloke from the street and appoint him as Bayern manager, he will end up with 20 titles
@@vacantplanetTuchel might disagree there 😂
Klopp should of left last season, give new manager chance to rebuild instead of bringing in new players who thought they were playing for Klopp and now new guy got these players
:) XABI......... :)
This club needs a proper board, that won't let managers battle for titles with Jo Gomez at left back and Harvey Elliott as a nailed on starter.
That's what Klopp really meant. He got fed up with them, and this dead transfer window was the final straw
Rubbish
If you had any form of dignity and shame you wouldn't even make such an absolutely disgraceful comment.
He's not only fighting Man City, their money, and their 115 charges. He's fighting Var, PGMOL, and the refs, especially Paul Tierney.
I totally understand and will always ❤ Klopp and where He's taken us.
Totally agree with you Jai@@JaiMitchell2014
@@JaiMitchell2014 Everything you just described is money
Lol I don't buy it. Someone's bought them away.
