      I'm using regular white rice not the Basmati rice. If pressure cook the rice wd moong dal it will be little bit mussy. So for its unique texture n taste should cook in kadhai in low flame. u can pressure cook bt try in the kadhai u see the difference. Thanks for ur comment

      All khichdis are more tastier than mine bt this s our odia version f Puri jagannath temple style khechudi not Durga puja khichdi. So ur’s absolutely tasty n our’s tastiest no offense. Respect ur culture, tradition n food not disrespect others. Thanks for your comment.
