Sophia, congratulations on your precious baby boy! You're doing a good job being a Mom .. you're not alone, we all need help from our family in the beginning to get adjusted. Just a tip: breast milk is supply and demand, so the more often you pump, the more your milk supply will increase. Also, make sure to drink enough water so you don't get depleted. That's important for maintaining enough breast milk, too. Congratulations again, I'm very happy for you 🤱

a really good channel for babies is hey bear, its basically dancing fruits having a party and theres different types of videos like a birthday one or a sleepy one, my baby cousins who are 1 years old are obsessed with it and its just really good because it has disco lights and good for their like sensory. hope u get better and River is a beautiful name. xx

Congratulations on your sweet baby boy! Don’t worry about posting regularly! As far as pumping goes drink lots of fluids and try to pump a bit after each feeding in order to increase your supply! Babies tend to cluster feed which helps with production so if you simulate that with your pumping routine it will help! You are doing such a great job mama! Enjoy that sweet baby as much as possible, we’re still here when you’re ready to post! Love his name! ❤

You're doing amazing Sophia and it is so nice to see you be honest about how it has been and acknowledging it can be tough as so many people paint having a baby as being rainbows and sunshine. For expressing it can be best to do it after a shower. Also there is a window of 2-5am(!) which encourages milk production so a good time to pump too xx

I love the name so much! I think it’s really important to chose a name that feels right for you and no matter what, there will be people who don’t like the name as much and all that matters is that you and your family love the name and appreciate the name. I also love how unique it is and I always love the idea and choosing a unique name for babies because you get to see what unique things the babies bring out and there unique talents.

Wishing you so much good! I grew up with a single mother who did not get much help because we didn't really have a support system, supportive extended family and it was awful. Mothers NEED support and help! It is gross that people leave mothers to fend for themselves.

The only two Rivers I've heard of are the late actor River Phoenix and then also the character River Song from Doctor Who, so it's definitely a very unique name but it's soooo so gorgeous too 💜
A name is either unique, or it's not, since unique means 'one of a kind'. You don't need a 'quantifier ' such as 'very' Uniqueness doesn't come in grades.
