Today India is the most influential country in Asia and the USA needs India's support in the region to counter Russia and China. USA is always looking for their business interests only and it's has no permanent friends or enemies. America does not want India to become more powerful than them. More India, Russia and Israel are the true and accurate friends which are built on trust and long standing relationships. American support is only beautiful words and when India needs it, America has several conditions where the USA benefits from it. The whole world knows what the USA has done through proxy wars. America should learn to respect India as an equal country leaving aside the colonial attitude.
