- The quarterly farm equipment auction for Fall ends in a few days so we went and took a look around. We found a few candidates that might make a good pull tractor along with some plows, trucks, and a nice New Idea 2 row picker. Come along with us and see what we find! PLEASE SUBSCRIBE!!

No factory turbo on a 856. They have the D-407.

Good day sir! I am by no means an expert. Just have a strong love for old iron! The 407 in the 856 was an excellent motor when it was right and many prefer it over the newer 400 series engines. Likewise, they were super expensive to repair if it turned into a dud. I have an 856 with a bad 407 and have a DT436 sitting in the floor ready to transplant. Thanks for the sub!

Is there any 1150 v8 mf?
Didn't see one at this auction. If there would have been one, I would have bid on it! The 1150 and 1155 are on my bucket list!
@@TheBeardedGearhead I’m planing to go usa and check it if I can find 1150 v8 but I have no idea for export that old tractor from USA to Spain,what documents I will need and do you think is that can be hight tax to take out from USA ?
I did check a lot on google never find a 1150 in Europa they don’t have it here for sale 🤔
@@tiryakidetiryaki784 the big V8 tractors are getting scarce nowadays. Lots of collectors buying them up! I have never tried pulling a tractor in from overseas yet. Not really sure what is involved. I know that if you can make it ship in a container, it is much cheaper. Be hard to fit a muscle tractor in one though! I would like to find a Lanz Bulldog and pull it in from across the water one day!
