Hmm definitely a great alternative. If you plan to open them back up after clean up. The major one I can think of is when its time to replace the battery
True story. Luckily, the N64 was when Nintendo started switching over to Flash Memory instead of battery saves... but there's still so many that use batteries.
Really cool labels, but I'm a bit confused. Wouldn't you want to wait to put on labels until the game is all cleaned out and tested? Or are you saying you periodically check up on the inside of your games? Cuz I totally get that.
Usually cleaning up the plastic and pins is part of my prep before applying the labels, but in the odd chance that the cart starts acting up (or it's one of the odd few that use a save battery), it's nice to know I can still open the case.
I've been looking st end labels and can't find any I like. I agree with the half width labels. I'd love to find some but that seller you linked isn't there anymore and I can't find anyone else doing half width ones. Anyone know where some could be found?
I will definitely stay on the lookout for some similar labels, and add a link to the description if I find any. It's a shame that the original seller isn't making them anymore!

Great timing. I was just thinking about this for my recently acquired N64 collection. Nice job as always!
I'm glad I did some looking around and stumbled onto this video before making a purchase. This was very helpful, I'm ordering now!
These labels are awesome, is there anyway to still buy these ?
Unfortunately, the seller has dropped their page from eBay, but I'm on the hunt for similar labels.
@@RetroTechSelect 👍... Someone else needs to make those, such a great idea and cool label for 64 games ....

@Rex Warden Haha that's awesome. If their future owners do have a game bit, you'll have made their lives easier :)
Never thought about having to take the labels off?I'm glad you did a video about which labels are best suited for the 64.
Thanks!
Yo dude. Clicked the link to check these labels out and its corrupted
Unfortunately, I believe that the seller has closed their store on eBay. I've been on the hunt for a good alternative.
Exactly what I was looking for but I can't find them.
I really wish the original seller would do another run of these! Just put a label on Yoshi's Story two days ago and it looks great.
If you're still looking, I just added a new affiliate links in the description with both half and full-width options.
Can't believe that I never noticed the problem I would face if I ever needed to open the cartridge while having a end label sticker.
I first noticed when I got a game with an added label second hand, and noticed the contacts and interior were grungy.

I'm sure you've found some by now, but I added a new affiliate links in the description with both half and full-width options.
@RetroTechSelect Nice, thanks for the update. I haven't found any, but I also stopped looking, but I'll definitely take a look at that link. 😁
