I did the same thing when I lost my dad. Crying myself to work was pretty typical for the first couple years. It still hits me during the holiday season. Sending you hugs and birthday wishes!
kinda funny bc I had birthday on the 7th and I also decided to tackle my trauma and talk to a childhood friend and it feels so freeing and great it took me years to find the courage to approach her but I finally did and it payed off :) so happy for you that u feel much better and also proud (if I may say that) that u came out as such a humble and loving person and decided to make the best out of bad experiences.. much love

Being the outcast in a group is not easy, back in elementary and middle school people made fun of me because of my psoriasis and I know that being treated like that can be very hard as a child but all that trauma helps one become a better person. Just look at yourself you have a UA-cam channel with almost 30k subscribers all those subscribers are people who love you and look after you even if they haven't met you in real life. Personally I hope to meet you one day haha
