I suggest going to an exercise physiologist for the rehab of your knee as well as working on your physique. They are great and can be very beneficial for how your knee will heal in the future and will give you the best advice on how to improve your body in any way.

Mate not hating I like your vids. But to me your Gym sessions are not enough? Also, it's not about building big chest / arms you gotta build entire body. Understand your recovering but gotta work legs, etc and build mega strength there... just my opinion. Build each week add 1 more set each week you gotta do more...

My gym and soccer Club is closed, it's been 6 months without it. I went before the lockdown everyday. Since 6 months I haven't trained because it was to cold outside and yes I was lazy.
It is getting warmer now and I will get back in shape.
If you feel sore you’re doing too much, I literally started with just 100 pushups a day for a couple months to get my body use to “the load”. I didn’t need to go to the gym like 6-7 months in. Start light than progress don’t go in putting all that load on your body.
