OMG IM SO HAPPY ive wanted to understand it for years but the order of things was always so confusing to me 😭😭 looking forward to more of this series!!
I tried to write a super long comment explaining things in detail but then my computer crashed, so instead here's just some smaller tidbits -Behemo grew up in the First Period (which was basically Earth) and Levia grew up in the Second Period (a computer simulation made to train smart AI and study what they do.) Levia is Behemo's avatar, or more specifically, his ideal form (there's a lot of debate as to whether he's trans or simply likes to crossdress.) The First Period gets destroyed, but right before, Behemo creates another avatar, this one just of himself, and inputs it into the Second Period. -The spaceship Levia, Behemo, and co. ride is just their way of traveling outside the computer world they live. A lot of the passengers die cause Seth snuck on anyways using the body of Lich Arklow, but they manage to stop him when there's only like a dozen people left. -They rebuild the Third Period over the First Period, now called The Graveyard. -Levia and Behemo aren't actually Maria's parents, they just trick her into believing they are so she enacts Project MA. It's also implied Maria is some sorta eldritch abomination that kills anyone who has low magic power that look at her. -Eve is taken into Project MA because her entire village is massacred by a terrorist group called Apocalypse, with the one doing the massacering being Meta. Because of her weak mental state and Adam isolating her from everyone but himself and some scientists, she agrees to join Project MA. -Adam also starts drugging her with a brainwashing drug called Venom, but it doesn't affect Eve (at least not the brainwashing aspect, it's implied she gets addicted to the drug through the coffee he serves it in) -Their children end up stillborn either because of Venom, Adam mixing his semen into the god juice used to impregnate Eve, or both. -Meta's lover, Pale Noel, the leader of Apocalypse, is transferred into a younger body by Seth and he forgets all about his past, and is then named Kiril Clockworker -Kiril has HER but is cleaned of it by Elluka Chirclatia, and that's how the two meet and fall in love -Irina is another child made by Seth, however unlike the other bodies he created, she does not have HER (though she doesn't know that). She ends up in the care of the Clockworker family and falls in love with Kiril -There were a lot of Project MA projects after Meta and before Elluka and Irina's. Only two produced any results. One, the mother only gave birth to one child and was thus deemed a failure. The second, the mother gave birth to twins but they were all kidnapped (and possibly murdered) by her husband. These twins later become Riliane and Allen from Daughter of Evil -Irina is affected by what's implied to be her future self and Maria into killing the other candidates and she becomes pregnant with the God children -However Levia and Behemo get tired of waiting, manipulate Kiril into bringing Elluka's corpse to the spaceship they're trapped in, and then transform into a giant two-headed dragon, destroy the country before entering Elluka's body. However because of the reincarnation rules set by Held, Sickle, and Luna, they forget who they are and believe they are Elluka. Levia is the dominant personality and Behemo just goes to sleep for the next 500 years or so -Irina is mad that Levia and Behemo killed the children in her womb and left her limbless. Seth, who's dying, shows up, gives her the red cat body and dips -The destruction the dragon caused leads to famine everywhere, especially its neighboring country Elphegort, where Eve and Adam live. They decide to abandon Hansel and Gretel in the forest to die, but they come back, and being HER children/knowing Eve and Adam were not their parents, they kill them. -Seth shows up after they leave, finding Eve's sin, which was split in seven, left behind. He creates five different objects for five of the sins to reside in, and when some forest spirits (the old passengers of the spaceship) show up, he puts them inside making them demons. Eve's soul becomes the Demon of Sloth which sorta just hangs out and passes through people before being given a form, and Seth and Adam become the Demon of Wrath and chill in some weird nebulous gold key that can change forms There's a lot more I could say but then we'd be here all day so this is just the short of it to better fill in some gaps.
Just some points. They didn't stop Seth, they only somewhat stopped hers. Seth already left the ark. The last point, Seth didn't create those items on the spot. He created those vessels WAYY before. It's implied it was another attempt at creating hers. There's also a lot of these vessels. Those items just happened to be in the house. (It's really interesting how they got there. The sword Adam made, the glass and mirror Adam bought. The swords were actually ly lis from ma survival that went into the river and gretel fished them out The spoon was eves weapon. The key was kirils and Seth took it)
Hi another correction for your comment: According to the wiki of evillious in the sixth project Ma the twins weren't killed by his father: The twins she gave birth to would eventually give rise to the Lucifenian Royal Family.

I see some odd points on your comment, and I just wanna point them out and correct them, since those points seem incredibly weird and outright false due to the timeline in Evillious, I know this timeline is weird and funky so I just wanna help people out :D 1 - Where did you got your info on Maria killing people with lower magical abilities than her? I'm genuinely curious since there's barely any information of Maria out there other than her being queen, not being Levia and Behemo's child, her being Irina in the Court's ending, etc. 2 - Irina DOES have HER. It is _incredibly_ explicit that she's always had HERS, especially during her MA scanning where her stats for E (Evil) in the M.O.T.H.E.R test (test to see the abilities of the candidates for the project) gave _666_ . 3 - Yes, those twins would eventually become the Lucifenian family, which is where Rilliane and Allen come from, but they are not Rilliane and Allen per se. Just a lil phrasing error! 4 - Irina was influenced by her own malice to attack the other MA candidates, however, it was Seth who influenced her as well, to my knowledge, there are no records of Maria and Irina interacting Those are all I could spot, and sorry if I came off as rude in any way! Again, I just wanna help people out cause I know this saga is confusing at best :D

Part of the candidate process is having the girl's go through some sorta maze/house where they presumably meet Maria, and only those with strong magical powers can or they die, like Elluka's sister. Later when Milky goes through it again, she sees something horrifying before the view point is cut 2. I'm pretty sure from memory that one of the big twists in Punishment was that Irina didn't have HER which is why she was disposed of before Kiril's family took her in (the wiki says so as well) 4. While it's true Irina was manipulated by Seth and perhaps her own greed, as stated above, Irina did not have HER, which meant that something must have been pushing her homicidal tendencies that developed during her stay in the castle. I also think there's confirmation in the novel, but as I said earlier, I haven't read through it in a while

Some things to add that hasn't been mentioned by the other comments (i think) 0:16 Evillious technically started with 10 Minute love, although that's kind of a twist at the end of the motheavenlyy song, so before that, the first Evillious song to be considered is Wordplay, then Clockwork Lullaby, and then Daughter of Evil. 2:42 Behemo's the MoTHeavenY while Levia's the MoTHellY. 3:13 ah yes, Lu Li La, the sound of Second Period technology 4:32 Adam and Eve never knew they were twins, to be fair. And we didn't know they were twins either until OSS (and probably the motheavenly song. Because Neo Adam and Neo Eve were there). 8:55 The *two* pairs of scissors (one in an Eastern style and one in a Western style) were once a pair of swords, reforged by Chartette Langley shortly after the Pride Arc Fun Fact: there's a species in the Second Period that are just sentient masks people could wear, and that's what Seth actually is. Weird, but it's a virtual world back then, so anything could happen. And so we learn the word "evil". What a fun word.

The song "10 Minute Love Story" a girl (who is the reincarnation of Riliane) falls in love with a boy (who's the reincarnation of Allen). Though, I'm not too knowledgeable about the Evilious Chronicles, so please correct me if I got any info wrong. And maybe I'm the only one who thinks this: but some of these characters didn't need to be related (MA and Gallerian as an example)

Kinda late, but I answer anyways. It is implied that Seth did experiments on Maria that went so far as to turn her into Irina Clockworker. And since Queen Maria has disappeared, the girl who will give birth to the reincarnation of the twin gods (Ma) will become queen. This is also the reason why Adam drugged Eve to love him so that he could become the king. (It's also revenge on Seth, because he believes that he is responsible for his mother's disappearance).
