Am i tripping or everytime 23 rotates to the back they get subbed for 18? What kinda sub rules are you playing with? I feel like that also heavily limits your other hitters options because at that point its only left side or middle so the blockers can line up more left. For the next 3 rotations the right side blocker basically lines up in the middle. Could just be the cutting making me miss something but seems odd.
yeah it is weird. They basically play without a opposite for full 3 rotations. They sub in their second libero i believe. The opposite probably is either not good enough for backrow attacks or just doesnt like it? However i feel like the biggest liability is exactly that. Their pipe is not that consistent, same goes for the middle so they heavily rely on the outside hitters to do most of the heavy lifting. And it makes it so much more difficult if you always have two blockers in front of you, because there are only two options for the setter to set to.
@@lyannencs757yes, it makes it very easy for opposing blockers to shut them down when they have pme front row since there’s really only 2 threats. As you said, their back row pipe attack is also weak.
