Yes definitely, as they have in house free taxi to go from one place to another. While booking, you can select the ground floor, it would be mentioned in the room details. Just avoid room in camp Della as their are stairs to reach your room which cannot be skipped.
To answer your second question, my opinion would be Della is better, though it’s expensive (as it’s a 5 star property) but you kind of get what you pay for. But at ambey, prices are at higher side for what you get. If you don’t want to spend too much then ambey is a better choice as it also offer the same experiences (food,nature, activities) So at the end, it’s your call 😊
