This is superb, the 9V motors provide amazing power, wow! The part where the train was stopped at maximum gradient on the bridge and just took off again like it was nothing was incredible. This is how all Lego high speed trains should run
probably there are several motors
@@DartLuke 4 Motors and self-made rails with a higher current charge
Absolutely love those curved corners, really brings out the realism of the TGV
This video brought me a lot of joy when I was a kid. Always come back to watch it once in a while
May it bring you joy for many more years to come :)
Those full speed close-ups sound brutal.
2:12 this sounds like a real high speed train flyby😮
Wooooooow that speed was incredible for a Lego train like this one.
2:11 to 2:13 the coolest part!
Nice sound of the train running on the tracks.
I am 26 years old. This video makes me happy.
Don't ya worry I'm 41 and I'm much more happy 😊.
It made me grin .. because my train is nearly as long as this. :)
@@pcuimac MOC or set?
I would love to see a cab view! Fantastic!
This has to be a new world record: Fastest LEGO train!
in 2023, is so nostalgic
2:28 FASTEST EVER!!!!
What a realistic engine noise!
holly crap that is longest train for tht set and that city is awsome
I tried to do the bank around the turns like on those rails. I just put a 2x2 brick under the rail. Works pretty good.
Дя
Now that is one fast train on a train set. I've never seen one that fast before. I wish all high-speed trains were that fast, lol 😅😜.
Quoi ?
Nice!! How did they construct that lego train track? What pieces did they use to pull off such a straight course???
2:10 2:12 is my favoriete thing! Nice sound!
It sounds so real
De toute façon rien à dire le TGV français c'est une réussite et sa vitesse incroyable (Lego et réalité)
Why am I just now seeing this? This is incredible the speed!!!
haha it sounds like a real train haha
1:20 and 2:31 it sounds like a jet going past
The TGV is amazing!
Oui
2:28 the train was going the fastest
2:28
Sounds like a real tgv going by
NOW I REALLY WANT POWER FUNCTIONS!!! I also want the other end of my train.
Wait, hold up a sec... How many 9v motors are you using???
EuropeanLEGOTrains™ [ELT] lol. You can have mine! I have both ends of my horizon express. But my train will never go this fast!
Water gaber
Awesome!
Wow, look at that orange and black snake go!
Very nice! What kind of rails are those?
the sound is amazing! !
2:08 THAT SOUND
I got two sets. It's a heavy train and needs two motors at least. I have 9V and put two motors into it. Works perfectly! Reminds me that I need more 9V motors as back up and my ICE train. :)
Yes, it's a heavy train. For a complete train, at least 4 motors are required. 6 motors is good ...
Standart lego engines?
@@cdhdfrstandart lego engines?
Yes.@@Klacek-vu6ut
Great footage of a great train. But I ask the LEGO Group- It has been 7 years since the Horizon Express was released & LEGO Train lovers are still waiting for the next Creator Expert train...😡
?
Nice,i have the Train 60197
Nice coupled of the lego tgv
huh 2:47
The train was un coupled
2:47
Many lego people dead when lego train derailed after the train was struck by a person recording with their camera.
I've plenty of spares, hands, arms, torsos. Where can I send them.
Mene Tekel bn
North Sea Brent länk h
Mene Tekel öka
The train was speeding and the rear cars fell onto the camera
2:27 Sounds almost like real train
It does! I think it's because the microphone was super close to the rails
2:44
first train:help that guy's chasing me!!!
second train:lol he ran away frm me...
I would use this to bring food from my kitchen to my living room XD (Cliché but awesome :D)
When I first saw the train going up the bridge before the turn it rebidsed me of an tiga jumping on a hill.
Do you guys post any still photos anywere on the net? Would like to see some photos of the bridge.
The train looks so, and I mean SO realistic. But what if it was made in a bigger scale?
That one cool train
Wow! Very, very cool.
Fascinating layout
I like those rails. If i had them i would juse them in my lay-out. Very very cool.
trop trop beau à regarder .
1:24 oops!
I can't believe that my favorite 🚆 is in lego!!🔥🔥
#Suzy #Wilson yo u can buy this horizon express set
Je suis curieux de savoir comment a été faite l'attache entre les deux motrices des deux rames.. sinon belle vidéo :)
How did the 2 TGV get connected?
woaaaaaaaaaaaaa super...
un rêve d'enfant j'adore...
wowe, what a speed... nice
2:12 OHHHHHHH F#CK I'm going to be blown away by the wind
What is that yellow bridge made out of?? Doesn’t look like any lego elements that I have seen???
Cher France, je accepte votre défi. Préparez-vous à être étourdie!
That is very impressive.
Do you make those tracks?
What motor does this train have
becaus i have exacly the same model but its too slow
love it! thanks!
what did they use for rails on the tracks?
Ta vue comme il est grand !!
2:27
J'adore les trains taille miniatures mais aussi taille normal.
the horizon express both of them makes a zooming sound
creative mind
cool video
if i was rich, legos is one of the things id do a lot.
i've watched this about 10000000000000 times.
Merci
somehow i cant stop watching this video i got 2 horizon express 2 but not enough space to lay such a large track, need to get a bigger house

AFOL MAN oo吃
AFO
how were the rails made?
Mike Smith discription
They are 9v covered with LEGO 4x4s
trixbrix
That's five Horizon Express's you have there. Mighty impressive!
How many active engines?
There are 4 engines for a train.
Whoa! All on one remote (is that possible)?
Is a TGV sud-est
I still don't quite understand the curving bridge method, are track and bricks under a lot of strain? What is the secret?
simply so the train can descend faster without running off the rails..
@@justinchwoo he means how the brridge is built
How many cars are on this particular trains?
1:24 accidents will happen be like again:
Sounds like a real muscle machine
Lol
2:10 whoa that sound
LOL
bass boosted
@@Lego_oldschool yeah it does sound that way haha
1:23 Camera Fail xDDDD
Apparently it derailed due to high speed :/ it tilted left and gravity did the rest
I attempted to duplicate that bridge. I ran my Horizon Express across it and the bridge collapsed.
Fantastic..........
song name please?
Sad they discontinued the horizon express🥺
Is this LEGO train still make it
Super Duper FAST!!!!!!!!
p.s
i have That Train
where can I buy these rails??
It would beat the speed record for a Lego train
how did you make the track?
Are these results the same if I were to use flex tracks at the correct angle?
Never mind. Flex track creates more problems than it solves...
What motors are you running in that thing? Amazing! ;)
9V
Most likely bumped the voltage up higher than 9v to maybe 24v or what ever voltage without frying the puny motors. Or it could be this and modified motors inside to. (If is it, it is most likely going to be 12v or 24v DC motors inside if they are modified.) It is like overclocking but with a lego train motor until it becomes overpowered. Also the power supply has to be different to deliver the current for more power too.
Correction they are non-modified 9v motors with using 20v - 30v dc. I honestly thought 30v would fry the motor easily. Well it could burn the motor if on too long.
You need a fence around that train
Happy lego city
2:46 OMG THE CUPPLING BROKE AND TRAIN AFTER TRAIN RUNNING DOWN HILL
At 29 you can see a kid go in to the layout
2:12 that speed doh!!!
I mean seriously i cant go a minute without rewinding it
SupaHotFire was going as fast as your logo
2:11 was that live or a sound effect
+luckyfan Isaac : Is the sound live ...
Meaning the audio was from the actual recording not edited in.
+luckyfan Isaac I think it isn't, because those electric 9V make that epic sound, and it goes so fast that Doppler-effect isn't impossible. It sounds glorious indeed :D
+MultiMapping c.
See what?
Nice video! Make you stay baby!
