- Hello guys, this is Clay KM.
Two years ago, I made a chibi figure fan art.
After two years, I tried to recreate it as a slender and elongated character once more for her.
This character is a Korean VTUBER that many foreigners don't know, but I hope you like it.
I am using air dry clay which name is 'I clay' from South Korea.
Unlike polymer clay or sculpey, it is a clay that does not need to be baked in an oven and naturally hardens.

물감은 어떤거 사용하시나요?
붓은 0.5mm 짜리 세필붓 사용하고
물감은 바예호 아크릴 물감 이용하고 있어요.
아크릴물감은 저렴한 것으로 연습하셔도 무관할 것 같아요.

I cut it in half like a resin figure head with an art knife and put a face in it.
I put it back together, smoothed the surface with water and painted it with acrylic paint.

Hi i have a question , do you add the wires when its dry or no?
When it is completely hardened, first use a hand drill to drill a hole and insert the wire.
If your hands get used to the strength of the clay, you can put it in easily without a drill when it is about 50% hardened.

Korean clay is difficult to purchase abroad and expensive.
If you want to try using a clay similar to the one I use,
try 'Super light clay' from Amazon.com.

ㅠ질문좀요 클레이초보인데요 만드는대 클레이가 자꾸붙는데 조금 굳히고 붙여야되나요?
클레이가 살짝만 닿아도 서로 붙는건 정상이구요. (그래서 어렵습니다ㅜㅜ)
조금 굳힌 상태에서 붙이는것도 방법이에요.
저도 얇게 펴준 클레이들은 피자반죽하듯 양손에 왔다갔다 하며 조금 말리고 사용합니다.

How do U make the base, and how do u stick the figure on the base?
It was made using ladoll clay,
but it was not as hard as I thought.
The base is fixed by inserting a brass rod inserted into the leg.
