Bro, all these visas are difficult to get approved, if applied from overseas. Mostly for people already staying in Australia. For abroad applications, the employer has to nominate/sponsor you, for that to get apptoved, the employer will have to prove to immigration that they were not able to hire a person with same qualification within Australia.
Engineering/ IT professionals have good chances if they have very good experience. Otherwise the chance to get approved is very low, if applied from India
Hey man, you are right in mentioning that companies do have to prove to their government first, but it's with other countries too. We need to understand why governments launch these programs in the first place not only for Australia but in entire Europe and Americas. They need immigrants. Journey is not easy and trust me brother when I say whatever is easy to achieve will not take you places. 😊
I think the main part is getting the sponsorships from employer which you have not covered in video that is the main part and not only you many influencers dont tell this. The employers do not sponsor overseas candidates

You need to first secure a job with the company. Your profile should be listed under 482 visa.
