I was 8 when he died.
And suddenly, even as a child, the world felt a little more hopeless. A little more empty.
I think my naivety died that day, but ever since then, I was a little kinder, trying to follow the message he preached.
Let's help each other to make some changes...

Have you not heard his music? Yes he made songs like "Hit Em' Up" but he also had another side to him like "Changes", "Brenda's got a baby", "Keep Ya Head up". He spoke to all his listeners, rapping about peace and about the struggle. Just like the original comment states. He was more than a rapper. Like i said he did rap about violence that is true, but that does not take away what he stood for which was peace and love don't ever forget it.

@@liamroyce5958 You're speaking on his actions. I'm speaking abour his message. You're asking who he changed and it wasn't just about who he changed it was anout what was being noticed through his music. He was bringing notice to things people didn't talk about at the time. He gave ghetto kids a voice in the world, he gave them a hero, someone they could aspire to be like. He brought realization to corruptness in police forces, politicians, and the government. He pushed his fans to believe in themselves, "Me Against the World". To answer your question is that he literally affected everyone on a global scale one way or another. All in different ways but one thing for sure he was a role model regardless of the things he did. It was how he lived hoe he carried himself and most importantly his music that changed people's perspectives.

One of the last great lyricist’s in rap. I only became a fan of Tupac later in life, I was too closed minded when he was alive in my high school years, this song specifically was is a song that I wish everyone could hear. The message he is sending is amazing, I just wish more people paid attention to it and tried to live by it.

“And the sound of my tune, they say it ain’t cool, my mamma didn’t raise no fool” - gets me every time, makes me want to cry. He was such a beautiful person and so real. He was the voice of the people and when he passed the world lost someone so special. He had only begun to accomplish his mission. The good die young indeed. I’m 34 right now. I came up listening to this man. He was and always will be one of my heroes. RIP to Tupac Amaru Shakur.

"That's the sound of my TOOL, say it ain't cool, but momma didn't raise no fool"...in our world, a tool is only one thjng...a gun. he's leading into the gun verse by saying, guns are bad, yep, but you ain't gonna be around long without one, so no apologies for holding, cause momma ain't raise no.fool. the entire verse is premonition of his death, which played out nearly exactly as the verse says.

Bro... Tupac Amaru Shakur a.k.a. Makavelli, you can't imagine what that man mean to me!
I wish that you could understand portuguese so I could show you one rapper that comes really near to Pac's filosophy! Street knowledge.
Real words are sharper than bullets. And quoting Pac now "Real eyes realize real lies."
Keep this videos bro, your great!

There will never be another. His intelligence was far ahead of the rest of these rappers we have now. He spoke truth and they seem scared to now.

Salute, he sacrificed his self for the cause unfortunately but the struggle continues. Soldiers must carry on what he left us.

The fact he said " cause I always gotta worry bout the pay backs some punk that I roughed up way back" makes me think of how he went out in Las Vegas after the MGM fight and them coming back and shooting Pac..sad

Its so prophetic. Talks about the cops that he shot, talks about being shot by somebody that he pissed off earlier in his life. Man I miss this guy

Pac had a flow, rhythm, and cadence that is unmatched. I don't know of any other artist that could ride this beat a deliver this message the way Pac did
