THIS! I was in the pillow room a few weeks ago and someone straight up said “I would HATE to be dating someone who is a S@ victim.” And there I guess friend goes.. “Fr and all their stories sound the same!” And I was so furious! But nobody said anything about it?! It’s disgusting….
I don’t even have any words, it’s really gross that this even happened.

I agree, I used to get bullied and scammed. Most the time I’d start drama by accident. I didn’t mean to, and I had a friend named cupcake who would start drama about me liking the color pink and wouldn’t stop talking to me ABOUT genshin impact and trying to force me to download it. She even tried to get me out of liking pink and all that. She even said I was guilt tripping when I wasn’t :(

I know this comment is two months ago... But that's probably a fake friend. You could tell them what they're doing is uncomfortable for you. But if they continue I think it's best to part ways from them.

its do refreshing to hear someone finally bring up this issue. me and my friend talk about this all the time, people around us are constantly fighting or trying to drag us into fights and we’re over it.
It’s pretty predictable where the AJ community is going.
I quit the game, Honestly I can’t think about this game positively anymore.
I lost friends, got hacked, bullied, accused, and AJHQ’s email help system doesn’t do anything besides give you an irrelevant automated email. I give up. Nothings new anymore, and the updates are really.. uninteresting and not “AJ-like”.
I played this game since I was 7 or 8 and this makes me really sad seeing what the game has become.
Edit: recently came back to AJ. I feel better about the game now.
Animal jam drama is such a terrible thing to experience. It’s good to educate yourself about, and I wish there was less drama in the community. “Oh I’m reporting you! You scammed me!” When I declined the trade because it was unfair- 😢 💔
the other day i had a group of ppl come up to me in pillow room trying to convert and telling me i am going to hell bc im muslim 😂 then they said "oh no the muslims have arrived! The server is gonna get bombed" its sad that this happens on a kids game. it shouldnt be this toxic
I’m thankful you brought up the problematic people issue. People label that as “drama” all the time. I’m from the Warriors community and the amount of people who label situations as “drama”, when in reality that person did some messed up stuff. Drama and awareness have been thrown around much like other labels so much that now they’re used in the wrong situations.

I have not watched you for over a year, and I just saw this in my feed, nostalgia, as well as major improvment.
I personally don't see too much drama/"awareness." But I sometimes see people sometimes posting scam awareness, but they at least censor the username (and sometimes the avatar)
I don't want to cause drama, so if somebody attempts to scam me, I just block them, maybe report them, and go on with my day.

As someone who formerly played Animal Jam I remember being involved with some drama and I hated it for a fact
Also there is something that you didnt mention is that the reason why there is tons of drama in the community is that the fandom is mostly made up with kids and kids dosent know how to separate what is ok to post publicly and what is not ok to post publicly.

It depends on the drama besides error bodyshaming you its depends on the topic but animal jam normalizes drama which makes the game more toxic

Is it fine if I call out someone who was very abusive? As in hacking their friends, not letting others have friends out of their friend group/ not letting others do rps, threatening to stop being friends with people intill they get items out of those people, pushing stuff, and conveniencing their friends that happen to be your friends to stop being friends with you because you exited a toxic relationship.
Of course! If anyone in the game is being toxic and/or rude, it’s ok to call them out a spread awareness. One time I called out a person who was bullying me and my other buddies. We all reported him, and spread awareness so others would report him too. Eventually his account was banned.
Thing is though in every community there's always drama, and yeah it's good to tell others about a really bad person but most of the time they're still gonna get away with it. Everyone should just treat others the way they want to be treated

I still look back on my warrior cats phase sometimes and watch the multi animator projects that have been finished over the years, say what you want but there are some talented people in the warrior cats community
I quit and recently came back. I was bacically kicked out of the community from a few people I thought I was close with, but I guess not. I had a relationship with one other jammer in the community, and they brought a ton of drama, lied, pin stuff on me, and yelled at me a lot. And their friends harassed me too. But when it came to me, show proof they cheated on me they didnt bat an eye, besides a few people who were actually my friends, yet the proof was them telling me they cheated. This community is pretty messed up.
Theres gonna be toxictiy in any community.
For example a while back the arknights team in korea uncredited a female artist for one of their characters art, this angered a lot of people espically english players, she still never got her credit
Drama happens anywhere and no one is immune to it, its like a drug in a sense an addictive one that leaves both sidea harmed.

there's toxic people or just toxicity in any community, here's an example from animal jam. so this was around a year ago in 2023 feb or march, i joined this art pack (the boyzzzz the pack still exists) so this one time i was hanging out w my friend collie we were waiting to open our gift tree things, and we opened them. a few days later, the pack owner, gh0ssssst he asked me to come to his den in jags to have a "talk with me".
collie was at ghosts den there and ghost asked me, "when you were opening ur trees, why did you threaten collie to leave the pack?" i was confused because i was only watching collie open her gifts. ghost set me off with a warning even though i told him i never said that. collie also admitted she was in second grade so idk why you would believe a second grader lmaoo
then, my friend scar dared me to send collie a jag that said "hey dog collar!" then in the pack chat, i apologized to collie and told her scar dared me to say it. then in the pack chat collie said "IM SICK OF YOU LOU!" explanation: people called me lou "YOURE REALLY MEAN AND CAUSE SO MUCH DRAMA IN THIS PACK! GHOST SHOULDVE KICKED YOU A LONG TIME AGO!"
then, i said sorry i was just trying to apologize, because i lowkey hate drama. one of the pack leaders came to my den so i locked it. i was only 12 at the time so i was really scared (i'm 13 now) then i went to ghosts den and blocked collie. ghost asked me why and i said it'll help with the drama but he made me unblock her. then he kicked me without saying anything.
i didn't wanna make this comment too long but ghost scammed be on a spare in april. i would not reccomend joining this pack. he deleted his spare, but some people who my friend knows have gotten scammed by him too. this is not drama, it's awareness
I always love to watch ur videos while I do stuff like school work or art and I love seeing how ur art style has improved over time!
Drama in general can be exhausting. In fact, take it from someone who absorbed too much of it. There is such thing as taking in too much drama and letting it affect your personally. It's not bad to watch drama or listen to it, but I think there's the fact you should watch it in a moderate amount because absorbing so much of it in your life can really take a toll on your mental health, including changing your attitude around others. It's not good, it's why I don't watch drama videos all that much anymore, it's not healthy for me.
And yes awareness videos are important as I think they're good to know about on certain people that have done pretty heinous things, but like puppy mentioned, people are misusing the term and using it for drama that isn't necessary. This is coming from someone who is in MULTIPLE fandoms, not everything is sunshine and rainbows, things can get pretty messy and stupid sometimes. I recommend keeping tabs on your mental health and make sure to get the full story before making assumptions on things! Loved the video!
It's also been sometime since I've played animal jam actually, only recently starting to play it again but still, I've recently gotten scammed on there not long ago after playing it again. I'm very gullible if I have no knowledge on stuff keep this in mind, so I am VERY susceptible to falling to scams since I don't know what items worths are on animal jam. If you tell me an item is this much and then I find out it's not getting scammed, then I'm gonna get very peeved about this because it was my fault for even believing this. Not to mention I'm disabled so I'm not entirely all that smart on things sadly!! I can be just as gullible as old people can be.

The biggest reason the jambassador community fell apart was because of the insane drama. I remember when I was younger i watched the community set itself on fire with a new argument every week. It was all so unnecessary. I’m shocked that it’s been years since this game has had any hugely popular UA-camrs playing it and it’s community is still finding ways to make drama 😭 the community being smaller should mean we all get along.

I agree with you I was in a group and the person being mean posted about the person being a pack traitor and they were the ones who started it but didn't say they did and everyone who watched the video got a different view when really that person that was in my group was friendly so now that player hasn't played for over 30 days and that person protected me as well and now his pack left him.
All because this one jammer who I'm not going to say unless you want to know her UA-cam and her user. All I got to say is if u have something mean to say don't say it unless u actually mean it and it will not hurt the other player but also be truthful. 😢

I do script my videos yeah. Most UA-camrs do, altho not alot of aj tubers use scripts for some reason. So maybe that’s why it sounds weird, If u watch a lot of other aj tubers I may sound different compared to them idk

I see it before in another case. I knew it was wrong and I was not apart of it.
So this youtuber ( I would call ?) call out this other youtuber ( I would call C) for begging rares and made a video about how sad they are.
The other side is that UA-camr C were reminding UA-camr ? about the promise rares. UA-camr ? kind of dose fake giveaways and in the past I was disaponited. UA-camr C never made a video about it they would just do their normal content. While UA-camr ? would fight with another youtuber ( who I will call L). UA-camr L has restarted their channel and said its because of UA-camr ? that they have to restart. UA-camr ? just made a post about thats no reson to delete the channel and blame them, but they are posting and it dose destroy them. UA-camr ? still made videos about UA-camr C being a bad player and really desscusing videos. UA-camr C talks to UA-camr L about the chaning of user or UA-camr ?, and UA-camr ? exposes it and make them more of a bad guy. A long while later UA-camr ? got expose by youtubers in many videos. I saw a comment from UA-camr C of how they were hurting her and content by making her the bad guy. Months later UA-camr ? was back to making videos and made a apology about The hurting, fake givaways, and the bad stuff. I was not convince only let it slide as my dad says we forgive but don't forget.
If people know who Im talking about do not say please. This was also a experience I had on youtube with this Drama. I would say not to pick sides if you don't know the story. I think if a friend is suporting someone bad they probally don't know so maybe let them know, and if they don't care then yeah what this video says. I might edit this if im wrong about a few parts.
