concerned about over working the stock alternator. What size battery comes with it, assume its a deep cycle agm or lithum. how many watt inverter does it have?
Hey Ric, in 10 years of CIC Powerboxes in the field, we have never had any issues with stock alternators. We have different battery sizes available, but the standard size is a 4 hour work time deep cycle AGM. Our standard inverter is 2,000 watts by 4,000 watts, but we can even offer 6,000 watts by 12,000 watts in some models!
I would absolutely love to have one of these boxes for my truck but I live in Canada and they don’t ship to Canada. I would even consider doing it as a demo product for farmers around here and construction sites also. I am very very much curious how these boxes would handle the Canadian climate up north. Any chances of working out a demo option for a guy to demonstrate your product in northern Canada?
