Some folks like that firmness and to have it being sweet is a plus. Was in Thailand and they had green mangos on every street corner served with side of tajin or something similar to tajin, very delicious. Just added a orange sorbet to the yard thanks to you. I took a leap of faith and bought one off etsy after extensive research on the seller. He sent a very healthy specimen out of Florida not to far from my hometown Tampa. First time I received a tree with all its leaves, lush green and no leaves loss as if it was never shipped.
@gabriellewis8699 As soon as you see any color break, a lighting of the green or any yellow for superior flavor. Better than if you picked now and ripen on the counter. It's not an easy mango to judge when to pick.

I have my first 2 Carrie mangoes on not sure when they ripen generally what month do they normally ripen or how can I tell?
