@onokamonique9074 You can do hourly checks ,Destruct them with TV or any activity they may like.Explain to them before you attempt to help(Dimentia clients).(Report to RN so that Dip stick urinalysis can be done to rule out UTI,add them to the gp list for review etc) This is only if this behaviour has a sudden onset.

CNA might seem so tough to pass but studying very hard is a very vital skill to win trust me

How do you Care for a client who wonders almost every day then becomes agitated when you help?
Has the physician adjusted his medications? Does he have a UTI? It takes an entire medical team familiar with the patient to answer this question.
