It is true. I have experienced it (on mushrooms). You can go outwards in all directions and it is infinite. But you can also go inwards, into the mind, and that is infinite as well. Insanely cool when you think about it.

I don’t know in your particular case, but I just heard someone explain this in another video and thought I’d share- it’s from Darryl Anka
He says that if you flow your energy through beliefs that are in alignment with who you truly are you experience your energy as uplifting and joyful. If you filter your energy through belief systems that are out of alignment with who you truly are, that’s when you experience it as anxiety, fear, panic. The idea is make fear your friend. It is there to help you know the difference. If we are afraid to face the fear, it will become stronger, because it’s trying to get your attention, in order to help you! 😮😊 It’s just trying to let you know that you are holding onto a belief system that simply does not work for you. Let go of the old belief and the panic, anxiety and fear will vanish. All that you are doing is feeling the effect of flowing your energy through a filtering system that’s out of alignment w/who you truly are! ❤ In other words, (my own words), you are enough! 😊
