    How does interest rates with DSCR compare to other finance options (such as traditional non-owner occ mortgage)? Who are the best lenders of DSCRs?

      DSCR loans have a lower interest rate than hard money loans, but a higher interest rate than a traditional non-owner occupied mortgage loan. While the traditional side is a little cheaper, you will be limited on the traditional side because the qualification is based on your credit and income.
