For your information, you don't need to do the ascension quest to get guaranteed 5-star artifacts from domains. Once you hit AR45, ascended or not, you will have the highest domain difficulty open. So if you don't feel ready for increased difficulty in the overworld, you can postpone the ascension until you feel comfortable with it. Don't forget to also fish for the pipe/sword's refinement materials. R5 is definitely better than R1.
Yes. I learned this through trial and error cause most sources just say to get to AR45 and not really mentioning the the highest difficulty and I was wondering if my world was bugged. Luckily was able to find one source that mentioned the highest difficulty level and it saved me a bunch of resin
All bosses are annoying if you have to repeat them. The novelty definitely disappears. That's why i won't ascend my characters above L50. (I don't do Spiral Abyss, so there's no need anyway)
2:11 Rainbow! When I fought this boss the first time I did the exact wrong thing, Cryo dps to fight the cryo one and anemo dps to fight the anemo one😅... The Chasm is confusing especially since the way they show elevation on the map is weird and I think if you want to go east=up and west=down.

True, getting a character fully ascended takes so long D: Especially when they come out with a new area, no way to farm in advance
