There are many problems with your statement. You would indeed see the drone as the aircraft upon landing travels at roughly 120 knots. And the drone is not too big at all. Have you ever seen a drone? I build and fly them all the time and some are tiny, some are over a meter long from prop tip to prop tip. Please educate yourself.

Two problems, at 220+. Knots and that close the drone would not be seen as more then. Streak, 2. that winglet would have sliced trough it with little more then a scratch.
This would not have taken down the aircraft or even made it less safe than normal all those parts that were destroyed are an upgrade to the plane which diffuses turbulence passengers would prob not even notice a difference
