- My Speedrun of The Password Game completed in 2 minutes 32 seconds (After retiming)
Might not be a completely glitch-free run since i used a bug that lets you skip the Wordle word by setting your date to August 7th 2023 or later but the rest of the strategies in this game are just as stupid so idk

So the best speedrunners of this will basically be chess + geoguessr players
unless the game generates random chess and locations it would be possible just to memorize each move or location
@@spicymeatballs1013the chess one is just knowing the best move with experience you know it lol
why can’t you just paste the name of all countries so skip the geoguesser part
@@crpeeper3 same letter has to haev different size
@@crpeeper3ave to monitor password length has to be very specific as it has to be prime and have the current time in it also all numbers must add to 25 so the length can’t be long as you have to contain password length too
That was clean. I knew my record would be beaten pretty much immediately, after I upload the spreadsheet, but I didn't think it would be by almost a minute
add this video to the spreadsheet
that spreadsheet is crazy, how did you even make it?
how does the spreadsheet work?
The spreadsheet you made is a massive contribution to society. Many thanks 👑
how is it speedrunning if he copies and pastes the entire first part? in my opinion that's cheating and shouldn't count
"Do you want Google Chrome to remember this password?" Nah, I'm good
💀
😂
Even google won't remember it 💀
i didnt think speedrunning this game would come so far, 5 days ago the only popular speedrun was 17 minutes, now there is a entire spreadsheet for the youtube video one 💀
huge gg tho
from 17 minutes to 2, i feel like a sub 2 mins can be possible if you're very lucky with the chess and name of country part, or you just master it well enough. another way i can imagine it happening is if you were able to copy paste different font sizes, bolds and italics as well. i can recommend you installing an eyedropper tool which takes a color and immediately copies it to your clipboard, might save a few seconds. very good speedrun!
Microsoft PowerToys include a color picker that you can use with Windows+Shift+C
This is unironically a very good ruleset to make a password, especially with a higher character limit if you hate yourself.
imagine having to log in from a new device
good luck with the formatting portion
The reason I really like this speedrun is because the videos used for the video section are always different for the different times
Impressive. I couldn't even get past the chess part
just know chess
@@JlJoJo_2567 I searched everything up on Google and every legal move didn't work
@@locomotivetrainstation6053 Make sure to use + if it's a check, x if it's a capture, and # if it's a mate :)
same
@@cooperterrill9095 THANKS
Also impressive its 101, i normally go for 211
The password cannot be the same as a previous password
ASAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
I feel like it's possible to solve this in like 3 seconds if you do some heavy prepping. Assuming it's possible to paste other font sizes once it gives you the ability to do so. It should also be possible to find a list of youtube videos that contain no roman numerals. I'm pretty sure you can also find a portmanteau including every country.
I know that bold and italics can be done in advance, but I don't know if there's an easy way to get fonts and font sizes to copy/paste properly. If it's possible to go beyond the existing 14 font sizes, that may open up the possibility for automating a lot of rules.
@@starcubey yes you can definitely copy font stuff. just have a separate browser tab that has a element that accepts styling (such as another tab with the password game), now I don't know if inserting other font sizes into it too would be legal, since its impossible to achieve through normal means so I'd say it shouldn't be allowed in the speedrun
Considering the restriction on same-size letters, a portmanteau of every country would likely only be used briefly, to find the actual country. And even then, this geogessing round only took 6 seconds. It'd be hard to beat that.
This game is mad fun to watch!
Man paul didn‘t even finish his meal.
Imagine making this your actual password, forgetting to write it down and auto fill doesn’t save it. 💀
Try typing the chicken manually haha
CLEAN. Couldn't get past the video part 😭
searched the whole damn internet for a 32 min 19 second video and it just wouldn't show and the one I did get had a C in it which multiplied 100 for roman numerals lmaoo + it had an 8 in it which combined with the captcha made that shit impossible
thanks for the cheat sheet lmao
re-roll the captcha until it is all letters
@@chri-k thanks for the tip
@@FaeTheMf also for the video, type any time into the search bar and there will be a flood of speed runs for some obscure game, each video slightly longer that the time you type. You can, at least sometimes, exploit that to narrow the range of times you get.
Also, to address a potential issue: if the color rule isn’t working, try using a browser extension’s color picker. This can happen if the external color picker is configured (or hardcoded) to pick not the actual color of the image, but the color after the OS (or some driver) has changed it to make it look more correct on your monitor.
Also yea for yt video, shorter ones will be a lot easier to find

really friggin impressive run mate!
Thanks, you don’t need a numberless captcha for this run though, i had 14 digits to spare at the end so its better to just type the first okay one you get
Anything with two C's, or a C and two X's is going to multiply to 10,000 for the Roman numerals though.
@@Jivvidon't write it with caps
@@정준영2 Caps is correct. Caps with no apostrophes is even more correct, but it's a bit clearer with them. Lowercase is just wrong.

Omg it’s been so long since I’ve seen Stampy that the URL hit me with a nostalgia flash bang.
they should make an account creation when u finish the password and u can chat with other people that also finished
Yessss it would be so cool
Great password bro. Don't forget it!
the lookup table is so cool omg
GG. I tried this on mobile and got absolutely destroyed by fire emojis lol
this is insane! good job
"Password is already taken"
i like how everyone that ive seen play this they always choose the pepsi sponsor
Password came out looking like a ransom note
To anyone who doesn't know chess very well and is curious; after knight g3 check, the pawn on h2 is forced to take because the king can't run to g1 as it is protected by the queen. After that, the rook goes to h5 which is checkmate.
Here it is in chess notation:
Ng3+,hxg3,Rh5#
It's forced mate in 2, how cool is that?
Akshually it's mate in 2. "1 move" is a move from each player
@@arya6085 thx for the correction 👍
the vivaldi really adds to it.
that is amazing. this is wonderful.
Average Linux user password
I cant believe a chicken is included in a password
If this becomes more popular there's going to be a problem with how runs are standardized. First of all resources, things like spreadsheets could be allowed due to the fact there's no way you can check their presence irl. What about emojis? Do you have to type them in with alt numpad, can you bind keys to type emojis, can you even Google emojis (since that depends on loading time, account sign-in, adblock, country, other preferences, internet connection). If you're just allowed to use the browser you have why can't you just use stockfish for chess etc. A solution would to be embed everything on the website: have a calculator (with binary and Roman numeral support), emoji keyboard, etc. If that happens it would actually be a viable speedrunning game
ur actually insane
To be fair it is a strong password
This is something not too many people know, but Windows Power toys, has a Color picker that shows the hex of a Pixel, or something like
NO WAY WE GOT THE SAME GEOGUESSER
nice run, i was gonna beat this game in 101 too, but for some reason rule 35 wasn't working for me :(
I also got stuck on that the first time i played, the time is in 12 hour format so if you play at 8pm its 8:00 instead of 20:00
@@bleachdev that’s just bad design.

How did you get rid of the fire? I didn’t even see it
That chess one was such a pretty m2
Btw you can click on upper-left corner of geoguesser image to go right to Google Maps to search for country name. For those who, like me, knows only 2-3 countries in the entire world
Definitely there should be some rules (eg external sheets and stuff)
What's the music i like it

If my password would be this, I would just give up.
ur pretty underrated
Sehr gut bro
I am so upset. I spent half an hour on the game and couldn’t put out the fire 😀🔫
As someone who eventually got to step 35 and knew it was hopeless to try and enter the time into the password and rearrange other numbers - Idk how tf you did this. Especially since the time rule was instantaneously completed for you as well and without affecting other rules... I'm absolutely baffled.
The game uses your system clock so you just set your computers time to just before 1:00 before you start. If you consider that cheating then once you've gotten everything else ready you just set the time to about 5-10 minutes later and then adjust all the numbers. Then you just wait for the clock to roll over and then you have a minute to finalize and copy your password.
@@MrGhosta5 Oh nice one. I don’t know if I’m able to alter the time on my laptop as I’m not on Windows but I’ll have to see if I can try.

I wonder how the wordle affects the RNG. When I played the game a few days ago, the wordle added a few Ls which meant the Roman numeral thing became impossible. (But I'm not sure if the Roman numeral always appears and if it has the same value?)
roman numerals have to be caps, so if you make the wordle word non-caps it should still work??
@@sawyerthings Oow, that would help. I think I had everything in caps because of an earlier rule.
Everybody gangsta til rule 34 comes up
oh shit the cheat sheet, i have my work cut out of me, i was working on a database of hundreds of videos that minimize atomic names and numbers:(
my first attempt was like an hour of guessing and i gave up when I Overfed The Fucking Chicken
Nahhhhhhh bro hasn’t touched grass in 37 years
ah yes the definition of skill, this run requires so much consistency and has no luck required AT ALL and is perfectly fair and fun to play hmmm yes
Woah :O
My Wifi password for those who are interested:
how chicken paul was not overfed???
I've seen programs that parae a chess board by image, and since the corrext move is always a mate in two it wouldn't be so hard to make a screen scanner. are you interested?
it’s not always a mate in 2. i’ve had a position where it’s a defensive move and there is no mate for either side.
( but it seems to almost always be a check )
There are already programs out there that can do that. Chessify is one of them for example.
I cant beat it cuz todays worlde is hotel and my roman numbers dont multiply to 35
Today's wordle shouldn't be stopping you
Make your wordle word lowercase, only uppercase letters count as roman numerals
just write XXXV for the numerals

pov ur a hacker: bro what kind of password is this
bro what the heck, this game is definitely hard
the first (and second) time i got to the sacrifice rule the game just refused to mark it as correct and i gave up.
All i can think of is that that rule does not handle multibyte characters correctly
Yeah, it might be something like that, I don’t know.
Is there an official fastest times leaderboard?
how did you manage to get past rule 11
I even went on the Wordle app but somehow the answer is incorrect in the password game
i always fail at the part where you have to keep the atomic numbers to 200 and the numbers equalling 25 with the roman numerals and all after the youtube video with paul and everything..
why didn't your password caught fire?

You often need to add the '+' after the notation to indicate that you are giving check as in the example in this video. The notation also changes if you are taking an opponent's piece or there are two similar pieces both of which can move to the target square.
@@mattc3581 oooh
then im fu¢ked
For example, it could be:
Queen to a1 Qa1
Queen Takes a1 Qxa1
Queen on the E file to a1 Qea1
Queen a1 check Qa1+
Queen a1 mate Qa1#
Or, Qexa1#, for E-file queen takes a1 mate
Could've used GPT for calculating chess move
I tried this just because of how stupid it sounds and not only did it take 3 minutes to input the entire board but it said the best move is Ne2+ which is an illegal move, GPT is designed for words and not very good for anything that requires logic
