Currently there is a “overpulling bug”, as pulling elevator using either the instructor or a keyboard to pull full elevator, after pulling the standard G-load for a sustained period you will immediatly snap into a massive amount of G’s being pulled and rip your wings off completely. As far as I’m aware this bug is present on many vehicles including the Kfir C.2-C.7 and the F-8E to a smaller extent.

Later, in 1967 I was working on the flight Line at LTV Aerospace who was modifying F8 Crusaders and outfitting them with the latest in avionics and electronic countermeasures. The systems we installed improved on the ability of the F8 to penetrate deeply into enemy territory to perform missions.
It's fine when you remove the flight control boosters after getting all the other mods. After doing that it is pretty hard to remove your own wings, but it is still possible if you throw it a bit too hard going defensive
I like the F8E better because that jet was made to vibe-check new players who bought premium planes. I like to use radar missiles because it's funny watching new players use all their flares to dodge them.
This is my all time favorite plane, so I spent a lot of time learning it. 700-830 kph is the speed range. Big thing is to not hit 10Gs of overload. The air brake isn’t great so you really have to watch it. The F8E has stronger wings but it really just ups the G limit a little. Just don’t top 10. Still a wing break issue, just less.
Also, most people don’t know this but the f8u2 has an internal rocket capability in the nose. It used to shotgun them but gaijin changed that. Make sure to remove them because they’re dead weight.

Even with the F8E, the wing tips can break after just two 14-15g maneuvers, leading me to believe that the issue lies in the minimal speed bleed during high-speed turns for both the F8U2 and F8E. This aspect needs to be addressed, as it's not a matter of airframe strength but rather the exceptional turning rate at high speeds.
This is one of those planes that needs decompression to go up in BR. Playing it up to 10.3 it just gets slammed by 11.0s and 11.3s non stop because in the 1.0 BR jump from 10.3 to 11.3 you go from Aim-9Es on fighters to 9Ls and Aim-7E2s
My biggest issue with ALL the Corsairs is that they cannot aim the gun, the rudder authority is DOGSHIT. And it makes it SUPER hard to aim the gun... I still do well in it, but fuck me its annoying to use

I have f5c but i talismanned this one for when i get tired of repetitive f5c turnfighter cannon gameplay and just want to braindeadly lob missiles at everyone, AIM9Ds are very nice, 4 of them will get you atleast 2 guaranteed kills, 4 guaranteed kills if youre usig them smart or on flareless enemies as they're really hard to dodge because of the slow burning motor and tight turn. It can pull max force turn, but in 2 ish seconds of continuous turn it pulls really hard and disassembles itself
I have just been grinding through that section of the tech tree and I can safely say the rudder and the instructor's resistance to rolling hurts the aiming of the vehicle. If the wing rip problem and the aim issues were fixed I would safely say this could be a 10.7 BR plane no problem.
Using the sea harrier, countermeasures do absolutely nothing because of radar lock missile jets but yet the enemies countermeasures work perfectly fine.... I can't help but feel balance is none existing for brits....
Not forgetting to mention the vampire jet ... its too high in br as it faces jets with missiles and has no countermeasures. Taking that into air RB is just a no go.

I'm enjoying having a bit of a chance against mig21s but out of maybe 40 matches, my US team didn't get completely wiped maybe 4 times because it's mostly a10s on the deck. A team of these would erase anything else I reckon.

Not even mentioning how the best missiles it gets are rear-aspect 18G’s whereas most other nations have 30G and/or all-aspect missiles by 11.0. Moving it to 11.0 would be making it unusable as it would be worst than almost every jet at its BR.

The F4's are an exception regarding quantity of missiles, they can carry up to 8 but most aircraft at 11.0 carry 4-6. The F8E can carry 4, including IR or SARH (which are all aspect). It has 60 countermeasures, a decent RWR, great manoeuvrability, decent speed and acceleration. There's no reason for it to struggle at 11.0

That only affects high speed rolling, pulling full elevator is the problem with this vehicle.

Well I think it has been partly fixed. As of today I can pull 11G's at mach 1.0 at 4000m and my wings won't rip off.

The F8U-2 and E were both fine at 10.3, I could see them at 10.7 or even 11.0 for the F8E but not higher
