I am from eu and still i think Denial did this on purpose. they know they dont stand a chance. but trying their hardest and getting rekt would tilt them. thats why they draft and play even worse against korean teams. the first draft was a concede in draft basically. they had no way of winning. now they have to fight for their tournament lives tho.
it can only get better for NA from this Point on. probably they get stomped by the eu Teams aswell. BUT in the new esports System of next year, maybe NA can step up aswell. have more Teams stay together and pratice hard, so that at least two Teams will emerge from the NA Scene who dont get totally dumpstered internationally. NA vs EU rivalry is only really fun if both sides have a similar chances of winning. not the case at this Moment. It's such a shame that the old c9 line up couldnt manage to stay together after being blizzcon champs.
You can try collecting data and proving me right, or you can disprove luxury heroes with little carry value. Abas winning ToD, only possible by lack of competence from the enemy team
or you can watch the rest of the tournament and read blogs by players far superior to you and I, and realise you're very uninformed thinking that the hero league "meta" has any influence on how the pros play. Seriously, watch the rest of the tournament. with illidan being 47% first ban, very little you can say to imply he's bad.
Somewhat disappointing to see a pro player in "the top team in the world" b-stepping more than once in the second game. Such a lack of respect even if you know you're the better team.
Not as toxic compare to the Dota or LoL community, but yeah most of the players are pretty casual about the game. Most of the users play vs. ai more than pvp.
Kuuga 91 I disagree. EU seems leagues beyond NA mechanically as well. NA understands the international drafting meta a bit better, but in game EU looks so much more polished.
jesus christ that 1%
this is Fnatic vs ZeroPanda.
wbimota I think they did this because Denial got wrecked by Ballistix so quickly that they had to pad the stream length to avoid spoilers.
Game is so short they have to slot in fanatic panda game in there :)
Denial never even got one kill in either game. That is how much they were absolutely outclassed.

"In Korea, Arthas is considered one of the counters to Illidan". Maybe that is how Arthas managed to win his duel against Illidan in Northrend.
Wow that was a bit embarrassing for Denial.
why aren't these players at blizzcon enjoying some fancy dxracer seats? What are those old buckets they're using for seats?
probably fire hazard 100% serious
where are the other plays?
NA drafted no poke for tributes and no wave clear on a map too large for effective swapping
I guess you can say Denial - *takes off glasses* - was in denial about their chances against Korea.
Goodnight folks!

arthas was a big counter to illidan
Cloud9 is gone forever.
Anyone who still takes Illidan or aba in current meta does it for pure roleplayer value...like wot
you have no idea what you're talking about. Illidan is one of if not the strongest heroes at pro level, and abathur is a top pick on ToD.

+Shadowiff Casual
Arnold Schwarzenegger Jr commentating?
That was ridiculous
I love HotS
they try so much to be serious that its became false and ridiculous
First game. 1%

Assholery is a condition that doesn't discriminate whether you're a casual player or pro :D
Love HotS but the announcers ruin this stuff for me... so cheesy...
i like them.. usually what they say is informative and entertaining. not sure what you mean by "cheesy"
Im sorry but Fnatic didnt deserve this win at all. I mean the 1st game
fnatic sucks
Heroes of the storm is fun and amazing but players are quite toxic and casual.
Not as toxic compare to the Dota or LoL community, but yeah most of the players are pretty casual about the game. Most of the users play vs. ai more than pvp.
most player just want to fight without any strategy
English guys is very annoying... not as well informed as the rest of them and is way too into himself with his ego
the girl is a little annoying
glaurung is so overrated. Buying into his own hype. What a terrible NA team.
NA is fing sad... can't even compete with Korea... makes me sad to be american :(
These guys are "pro" players ? really ?
No doubt they are pro players. The Korean teams are just in another league.
It's not like NA players are that bad, but the Koreans are just too good.

on top of the fact that THEY made the damned game.
