So if I understand correctly, first there is the notochordal process where the notochord is formed from the mesoderm. Then the notochord signals for the ectoderm to thicken and becoming the neural plate, which then starts to inavaginate into the neural tube.
Honestly Sir.. I have watched several videos but till now I haven't found any video with detailed explanation like you sir... Its helpful a lot to me ..Thank you
Thanks a lot. Today is my anatomy paper so I was desperately looking for something great like this to understand this topic as I had some problem in conceiving it from Lagman Embryology
thank u , that made thing much clearer , but i'm a bit confused why is the ectoderme upside down ? i mean i'm used to it being the first layer of the embryo .
+AK LECTURES (Andrey K) I think it's because it's commonly taught in diagrams that it's the other way round but you're not wrong, just that some of us got confused at first :) But love your videos, great work and thank you!
this is cool..., tommorow, i'll have test about neurulation and his friend hehehe, after i watch your video, i can understand something about neurulation that make me so confused before, thanks a lot
Thank you for the video! It was a lot of help. I believe there is a slight error though. Under Ectoderm it should say Epidermis since the Dermis originates from the Mesoderm.
Isn't that the notochord is formed from the ectoderm during gastrulation when it proliferates as a solid rode inbetween the endoderm and the ectoderm moving cranially towards the prochordal plate from the primitive pit??
hi! i wanted to ask something ! i thought that the nonchord is a structure that develops bevor the whole mesoderm is developed . in my opinion the nonchord develops from the primitiv node , while the entoderm invaginates an cells migrate ,creating the mesoderm ? but youre videos are helping me a lot with a better unterstanding of the process so thank you guys :) !!!
You explained so clearly and succinctly in 5 minutes what my professor failed at explaining for at least half a semester.
Honestly, this is amazing! Thank you very much for providing these lectures! You guys make life so much easier...
+Tracy Ghattas Thanks Tracy!

Just signed in to my 28digit password account using my slow wifi to say that this guy rocks
Still helping highschool students in 2020
I now know he delivers these perfectly in a single take. Aspirational.
this is awesome ! I'm taking anatomy for the second time and you make it sound so much easier than my professor
from Tanzania Africa, med school would have been terrible without you guys.asanteni
Jesus Christ dude...I stared at my lecture notes for an hour wondering what the hell was going on and watched your video and got it in 5 minutes lol
lol...ure so funny
He explained it better than those animations on UA-cam 😂. Hats off. He is a legend.

Yes, that's it
Yes rightly said
Honestly Sir.. I have watched several videos but till now I haven't found any video with detailed explanation like you sir... Its helpful a lot to me ..Thank you
This is probably the best explanation I’ve seen on this topic
Thanks again AK you are by far the easiest lecturer i have ever listened to.
Another great video, thanks for all the work you put into these -a grateful student.

🤣🤣🤣🤣same 😔
Damn. He corrected his notes on the board so smoothly.
This is amazinggggggg!!!🥺♥️♥️
Can someone give him a teaching prize already!
didn't know you have lectures on embryology too!
thank you so much man, these videos are really helpful.
Amazing dear sir ❤️❤️❤️ lots of love from Pakistan your way of teaching is excellent
Thanks a lot! It makes my life much easier as an engineer to understand biology!
i love this n ur other lectures so much. soo down to earth n straight-forward. obrigado.
This was so easy to understand. Thank you so much for helping us medical students in this topic
فظيع أقسم بالله ✋👏👏!
Thanks a lot. Today is my anatomy paper so I was desperately looking for something great like this to understand this topic as I had some problem in conceiving it from Lagman Embryology
oh thank you so much. Such a nice and crystal clear explanation.
Ohh you guYz Lectures are great, it helped and helping alot. ...THANK YOU
amazing videos helping me so much for MCAT
thanks a lot ! ıt's impossible to understand all these from medicine books. you helped me a lot .
Best video as always....
Simply awesome, you are saving lifes here, Thank you!!
You explain in such a simple way . Thank you very much sir 😊😊
I have an exam tomorrow and this really helps a lot 🙏😭
Truly an amazingly well done lecture. This helped me significantly, thanks!
Wonderful explanation !
The diagram really helps alot!!
Can I just say u are the best exam is in like 3 hrs and u actually explained me one of the most difficult things (for me) in embryo to understand
Superb job. It really helped.Thank you.
Excellent presentation!!! Thank you.
Thank you for the very good explanation
Great lectures here
Thaaaaaanks, you always help me when I've an embryology exam
Tala Jaradat you're welcome :)
Is there any lecture help me in mesoderm & endoderm derivatives?? :((
Tala Jaradat Yes, search gastrulation.
I saw it before that
But i mean somites, intraembryonic coelom.. etc 😅
Tala Jaradat No, I don't have a lecture on that.
very informative and clear. great video !
Really i have no words to appreciate you ....but thank you so much sr
really, its so amazing .....thank a lot for this beneficial lecture ...
thank u , that made thing much clearer , but i'm a bit confused why is the ectoderme upside down ? i mean i'm used to it being the first layer of the embryo .
Quick question. Shouldn't the endoderm and ectoderm be the other way around.
Njoki Mugo Hey! No, its fine the way it is.
+AK LECTURES (Andrey K) I think it's because it's commonly taught in diagrams that it's the other way round but you're not wrong, just that some of us got confused at first :) But love your videos, great work and thank you!
Such good explanation😭😭🙌
want teacher like u😊😊😭😭
this is cool..., tommorow, i'll have test about neurulation and his friend hehehe, after i watch your video, i can understand something about neurulation that make me so confused before, thanks a lot
Spot on. Great lecture
Hi great videos.
Does the notochord not come from the primitive node and endoderm and not from the mesoderm?
Thanks
the notochord comes from epiblastic cells, thus ectoderm, that sink along the primitive streak into the mesoderm
Thanks
I lv it... Thanks a lot... Fantastic explanation
Good lecture. Does the notochord run the whole length of the embryo or just cranially from the primitive node & pit?
Thank you for that insightful video Charlie Hunnam
thank you so much
med school become easy with your great lectures
Thank you for the video! It was a lot of help. I believe there is a slight error though. Under Ectoderm it should say Epidermis since the Dermis originates from the Mesoderm.
you are great !!! thanks alot
question : how is the notchcord formed
omri yahia have the same question..did you get the answer??
Isn't that the notochord is formed from the ectoderm during gastrulation when it proliferates as a solid rode inbetween the endoderm and the ectoderm moving cranially towards the prochordal plate from the primitive pit??
Thanks for your lecture!!
Could you make another one of the rest of the embriologic Nervous System development?
Thank you soooooo much sir for such a great explanation...so clear..very useful.😊
hi! i wanted to ask something ! i thought that the nonchord is a structure that develops bevor the whole mesoderm is developed . in my opinion the nonchord develops from the primitiv node , while the entoderm invaginates an cells migrate ,creating the mesoderm ?

Great lecture!
hajar elk thanks!
Thank you for making life bearable:)
I studied that the notochord is made by the ectoderm cells, but you said that it’s formed by the mesoderm cells! Can you please explain this to me?
Thank you Andrey!
Love the way you teach :D
Hi, thank you so much. I also teach histology and embryology in a medical college in Vietnam
Thank you so much sir
You are the best teacher ❤❤❤❤
you are simply the best sir. thank you so very much.
That was really great ☺️Thanks alot ,,,,
Hats off for ur lecture!!!! bro
It's gonna help me in my exam lol. Thank you.
Notochord is formed from the Hansen's node... from in the ectoderm I hope..
