One suggestion. Turn what you are fighting so that rogues and rangers get back attack dmg more easily. There are bonuses to some of their attacks from flank and behind.
Yeah I used to do that then I noticed a lot of rogues and rangers were positioning them self to the back before I even turned the mob so I just said welp I'ma do me then.
