It's completely forbidden, and the sentences for using illegal symbols go from fines to up to 3 years of prison.
I don't know how it's in the rest of Europe, but it's better to draw these things just in those Asian countrys, were they are still associated with something else than Hitler.

It's not a swastica. It is a peace and harmony symbol user in the Hinduism way before Hitler corrupted this sacred symbol to make it a symbol of hate. How can we undo what Hitler had done about soiling this symbol? If is now impossible to do it because we have become to accept this symbol as a symbol of hate instead of peace and harmony. What if Hitler had used the Ying and Yang symbol as his banner? We would probably identify it as a symbol of hate also. What a pity. Just one evil man can destroy something that had symbolized purity in someone's else religion.

Swastika is thausands of years older symbol than your history knowlege.....but it is noticable that people today only pick events from history that suit for purpose. Politicians included.....everything before ww2 doesn't suit because it shows amorality of the "West" and Africa too. Altogether the whole world. The kings and presidents or prime ministers had the chance in 1938 to save the world in Munich....they failed. Instead they helped Germany grow and Soviet union become superpower and major player in world's politics.....
