Sa bandang 12mins po. Paluluwagan nyo ung screw. Then sa 12:10 need tanggalin mung ung sa both side na bolt gamit Allen key po. Need mu po may ksama Para may hahatak ng foot side at pipigil sa head side kase may times hirap eextend ng bed. Salamat
