This is the video that started to get me into BTS, and I am so thankful. Becoming an Army is one of the best things that's happened to me! And now I'm even learning Korean, been three months learning it.
Edit 2 years later- forgot about this comment but I ended up joining a korean group chat to practice my Korean, met my now bf on there, moved up to his city and are now about to have a baby in 3-6 weeks, the butterfly effect was crazy on this one, never could've thought, maybe I'll do another update in another couple years, but can't believe it started from here, my life is completely different bc of some video I can hardly believe it myself when I look back. Also I barely know enough Korean to talk to someone, I stopped learning a year ago but will get back into it
Edit 26/04/22: Gave birth and have a happy healthy 4 month old boy now via c section, learning to stick his tongue out and hold toys

By baby is now 2yo and i have just given birth to a new baby boy, so a family of 4 now, still dont know korean very well but learnt a little more and hearing my bfs family sometimes helps. Idk why but this video became like a life story diary now

Patrica its okay tho. Other tend to misunderstand the name of just the band and make it general like saying KPOP when KPOP is not just only about BTS. There are some who still dont know yet cause its their first time learning.
i HATE it when BTS achieved big things then these reporters, news, or articles would write it as "KPOP is taking chuvaness", "KPOP is achieving high chuchuchu..." when its just BTS who did all of that. From other viewer's point, I get it because of their genre is KPOP.......ok? but its not just the genre tho. There are also other groups who is also KPOP, out there not just BTS. And when it comes ONLY to BTS, they are saying *"KPOP* is......#1 on etc" makes me frown, cause for me my opinion, it will seem that other *"KPOP groups"* is taking recognition because of BTS success cause of the word *"KPOP"* when BTS did all of that with ARMYs, no help received. . There is a whole difference tho. They should just say "BTS" or "KPOP boy band BTS"...not just *"KPOP"* ..... *sighs heavily* American Reporters. o_O

Azahra Angelika Not every Korean artist is a kpop idol. BTS themselves have said it several times they are Korean singers/artists/a boy group and kpop category isn’t enough for them. BTS are beyond kpop. They’re only K-pop when k-pop fans need clout to hype up their mediocre groups.
Рикарита Айна i know they’re kpop idol since i read the article that told bts were hiphop group in the previous and Bang PD ( the CEO of bighit ) is the one who changed the genre. yeah i agree that bts are not just a kpop idol that forced to do things from their agency, they’re more special than any kpop groups so that’s why i stand them ☺️
