You forgot to take into consideration frieza's quality of training. We all know that Frieza trained for a long time. He did not have any masters He did not learn any techniques. The quality of his training is the bare minimum.
fr. that's just his natural growth. if he wasn't a menacing tyrannical real estate emperor, and have a decent mindset. whether from the start of his birth, or a character development by Goku humbling him. possibly getting mentors and allat. he would've easily became top warriors, similar to what if Gohan trained like Goku. but without character assassination. I wouldn't mind a semi sassy and possibly racist lizard in the main cast. maybe as a decent ruler of the universe, possibly being god of destruction.
Broly got powerful very quickly, but it was just as a result of his mutant transformation, not training. He's basically just "The Hulk" at this point, we don't know if his ceiling goes much higher. Gohan is similar. Of the three, Frieza is the actual "prodigy" who gains XP at a ridiculous rate through training.
If Frieza, Gohan and Broly all never trained Frieza would easily be the most powerful of the three. Pretty obvious his potential is greater than theirs.
That argument is just dishonest, because potential is unlocked through training. Goku and Vegeta have similar levels of potential yet Vegeta began so much higher than him. Has Broly ever done some meaningful training? Yet he smacked Frieza so hard, I don't buy that. 😂🤣

Vegeta has more potential than Goku, the reason why he's always been behind Goku is because unlike Goku, Vegeta refused any help for the majority of his life. Goku was always willing to learn from others and was trained by the greatest masters in the universe. Vegeta on the other hand would only train alone and would never ask anyone for help. In DBS when Vegeta finally allowed himself to be trained he IMMEDIATELY caught up to Goku even though there was a huge gap between them for years. Also, Gohan was always considered to have way more natural potential than any of the Z fighters because he was BORN with far more natural power than them. This is stated numerous times and is his entire character Arc throughout the series. Lastly Broly was trained by his father.
