The bags I was influenced to buy have long since been sold. The bags I chose with no fomo or influence are the ones I love and use. I credit that to knowing what I am comfortable spending and what type of bag is useful to me. It took a few years to learn but now I can comfortably enjoy watching other people’s videos without feeling that I’m missing out on certain bags. The only bag that I would love to own but never will due to price would be a Birkin 35. I just can’t in good conscience buy one.
I'm not one to jump up and look for new bags. My vibe is vintage...and I thoroughly enjoy shopping for luxury handbags that are vintage and still in good shape. I spend a fraction of the money, still look elegant, and feed my vintage vibe! I'm not saying I will never own a Birkin 35 or 40 (I'm 5'11" so bigger bags tend to match my frame and little bags just look silly on me) or a Chanel Jumbo...but it will be pre-loved and vintage.
Love the raspberry mini Chanel 😍. The chevron one is also very pretty. The black and white houndstooth one is great and I really wanted this but there was no chance of getting my sticky mitts on it - sold like hot cakes! Dayle influenced me with her LV Tambourin but I couldn’t find it anywhere. In the end, I actually bought it in her vlog sale!
well my love of Fendi basically started from watching Cassie Thorpe. Its my favorite brand now, but she put it on my radar. it's the only brand where i actually have an SA relationship. in terms of bags i've actually bought: 1) my nano peekaboo because of Cassie Thorpe - LOVE IT. My favorite going out bag. 2) Romina Rose May will be the reason i buy a Serpanti Top Handle. - planning on buying one on a trip to london next year. There's something special about sequined baguettes, the light just sparkles off of them.
I was influenced by decoranddesign to get a CF on the resell market. I’m so glad I did because it was right before everything got crazy. I ended up getting a medium black caviar gold plated hardware CF in excellent condition from Fashionphile around 3-4k from 2010, so it still has the black interior. Again glad I did because later that yr the prices for older bags/CFs in general got nuts!
Your delight in talking about your handbags and who influenced you is infectious, Amelia Rose. To me, that makes them worth every penny you spent getting them. I would love to have any of them. Thanks for sharing!
They’re all stunning and it’s totally understandable that you’d fall in love with them. I particularly love the graffiti bag and that final orange one.
9 out of 10 ain't bad. My favorite was the black with the purple writing all over. Very cool. I was influenced to buy Marc Jacobs The Tote Bag. I thought having 'The Tote" written on it was ridiculous ... I still do, but actually, it's a great bag!
I would love a video on what you learned about the ecosystem of buying luxury handbags, that you referred to @ 5.20. I've only ever bought by walking into a shop, or from preloved etailers. It would be pure voyeuristic fun, but oh what fun!!!
Love your collection. It’s hard to avoid being influenced. Most of my collection has been influenced but I only buy what I truly love. I believe the video that influenced your orange chanel is by Carolina Olivera. Y’all are the only two I’ve seen with this bag.
I love your videos so much! I started buying luxury bags about the same time as you. I missed the Rose gold mini chevron that you have and was completely obsessed. I still might buy it preloved. I was lucky enough to get the 19S medium iridescent pink classic flap that you have as well. I have barely worn it for the same reasons as you but I can’t bring myself to sell it. I made myself wear it the other day. Also I don’t see myself buying another classic flap at the current prices and the pink is my only one.
I was probably influenced to buy a Lady Dior ultramatte by Sophie Shohet. And the turquoise mini Loewe puzzle bag by the Irish lady who’s name scapes me.
Hey it happens to all of us. Otherwise how would we dream of even know these items are around if not for someone influencing us. Lol. Love the last Chanel bag. I am not a Chanel girl but I do love that bag and understand why you got it
Can’t explain it but I love everything about your mini Chanel houndstooth- so cute 😊 Great video and love your collection. YOU influenced ME to add colour to my collection. Dipped my toe this summer with the cutest small, red Prada bucket bag. It’s adorable and makes me happy. 😊
I was also influenced on buying luxury handbags and the one that I regret not because I don’t like it but I got the wrong size is the Louis Vuitton IENA in PM size in damier azur print. I should have gotten the MM size in the damier ebene print. Apparently I’m into a more bigger size bag with that style. But overall, I still like it.
@@ameliarosescloset I think that cold subtone of a warm color. It seems like electric blue in the subtone.I can mistaken, because camera changes colors. When you stop this video with that pink bag near your face, your face looks orange. In fact it is not. To understand it try different colors of the clothes near your face. For my face goes grey subtone, for example, dusty pink.
The houndstooth black and white Chanel looks great with the white shirt with black spots!
Its a beautiful bag x
Hi Amelia. Even tho you've only used the pink Chanel Flap once, dont ever get rid of it. It's absolutely gorgeous 🩷
it is... but it's a lot to sit there and not use!
Ah, so great to see my favourite bag of your collection - the black and white Chanel Houndstooth 💕
I know you love that one!

it is so interesting that the influenced bags have all gone, i have def learnt my own style over the last while a lot more
Amelia, I can completely relate to this!! At one point I loved the Chanel iridescent flap and wanted them all...
it is soo easy to get caught up in!
Fashionably Amy also influenced me on the graffiti bag from the Egyptian collection. It is a fun one!
I'm glad on that one!

Oh that's fab you got it from dayle!
🥰🥰🥰 love that I get a bag in your fabulous collection!! Loved this video, the stories are just so relatable!
ahh my DAYLE bag, she is special, just like her namesake!

one of my favourites!

Beautiful bags! I've never seen that Chanel "holiday jumper" bag before, it is so adorable 🥰 Such a unique and rare item!
it is a fab unique bag!

A lot of people love that bag!

love this my friend xx
They are fabulous bags no matter how you acquired them
thank you x

Love color…so I love your collection ❤

I love the colour of it so much!
Lovely pieces ❤️. Love Chanel minis 😍. I don't know if I plan to ever get one though 😜. Have a great day.

I was probably influenced to buy a Lady Dior ultramatte by Sophie Shohet. And the turquoise mini Loewe puzzle bag by the Irish lady who’s name scapes me.
oh the ultra matte is special
I just need to see those 2 iridescent bags up close 👀 😉
they are pretty fab
Thinking about my collection the bags I was influenced to buy or grew on me have been sold, I’m now trying hard not to be influenced ❤
oh that is so interesting
Completely fair that you get influenced, considering how much you influence me!!
lol! I'll join you in it my friend!
Hey it happens to all of us. Otherwise how would we dream of even know these items are around if not for someone influencing us. Lol. Love the last Chanel bag. I am not a Chanel girl but I do love that bag and understand why you got it
it is so vibrant and fun!
Can’t explain it but I love everything about your mini Chanel houndstooth- so cute 😊
Great video and love your collection. YOU influenced ME to add colour to my collection. Dipped my toe this summer with the cutest small, red Prada bucket bag. It’s adorable and makes me happy. 😊

Nice catch, AR! 😏💖
😛
Minnie is one of my favorites on YT . So are you 🙂🙃
thank you so much!
Just in case, do you resell? If so, where and what is your hand? Gorgeous taste you have.
i sometimes do a vlog sale, either myself or facilitated with a consignor
We have all been influenced. I like all your influenced except the LV 💜
thank you x
I think the biggest bag influenced on us was the multi pochette
oh this is so true, it was everywhere!
I was also influenced on buying luxury handbags and the one that I regret not because I don’t like it but I got the wrong size is the Louis Vuitton IENA in PM size in damier azur print. my mum is into bigger bags, she cannot understand these wee tiny things!
I guess you can sell the pink Chanel for a fortune now, due to the Barbie hype.
I forgot about barbie!
9:39 this pink is not your color. This shade of pink doesn't compliment your skin tone.
it's a bit too light isn't it
