I beat a super hard boss after 30 tries to this song.. Rise above it and I did..
This is the eternal STRATOVARIUS and this is fantastic
after many disappointing albums, finally something that reminds me the greatness of their early work

This has to be one of my two favourite songs off this album, tied only with Shining in the Dark. Not only is the chord progression in the intro badass as hell, but the chorus is just so well put together.
The new Stratovarius is just so damn good, and this is the first album I've ever been able to listen to in full without wanting to skip anything.
+Snake Anderson I must be just a strato fanboy through and through I guess as polaris and beyond have been good to my ears. I can see why people don't like it as it sounds a bit different but bands can't stay the same forever

If I'm honest, the first stuff I heard from them was off Nemesis, and I've worked my way back from there. A lot of the early stuff, with some exceptions, sounded too similarily structured for me, even though this album is guilty of that too kek. Only difference is that this album is exactly what my favourite power metal sounds like. Once they got rid of tolkki is when they started to really expand as a band, but original fans aren't going to like that, understandibly.
+Snake Anderson I must agree they are still great, and I'm not an original fan. I started with Hunting High and low and then jumped to Polaris because I liked the name. Then I went down and all I could say is that they used to have better compositions. Nothing beats Visions Southern Cross song. Recently their ballads pretty much suck for me, a good ballad for me is Emancipation suite pt.2, Move the Mountain, When the Mountains Fall, but Nemesis and Eternal Ballads are too soft...I don't know, and the lyrics are so pop :/ ....
But I still like the album, pretty generic and the same line up all over it but it's still good, Lost Saga and My line of Word are my fav songs.
+Parvu Vlad Tollki was perhaps a shitty person, and a mediocre-good metal guitarist for nowadays standards, but he was a good composer and had a special touch upon the songs. Again, Visions is a masterpiece and could only be compared to Elysium. The lyrics of it are so nice, I'm not sure if they are some old prophecies or inspired by the bible, but they are good!
I forgot about Eternal song, that is perhaps at par with Lost Saga so I like that too.

En el último disco con tolkki hicieron algo más pop hard rock ,tolkki se fue llegó polaris un disco sin mucha creatividad y falta de melodías bien logradas como lo hacían con tolkki en discos pasados.llegó elisium que personalmente me gusto mucho cambiaron el batero por uno mediocre según mi punto de vista en nemesis aunque también me gusto pero no tanto después volvieron a caer la mediocridad con eternal un disco desastroso vamos a ver que les depara el nuevo disco del 2019...
Quizas para este 2021..
Larga vida a strato muy buen tema power metal la esencia no se pierde
