The Moth Truck (yellow truck I was gunning down) was already close to dying, used standard machine gun to get a wreck on him (last seconds before destruction), then there's the bus and van nearby whos both health were barely left, trapped all of them with the mine gravity pull combo. The moth truck's explosion combine with the bus and van hugging against it (which also damages them), manage to destroy all of them. xD
This is from an emulator as I don't own a PS1 (nowadays you can't get a legitimate retro consoles these days). Search for emulatorgames(dot)com or search for PSRoms on google, then not only the ROM you download, do also download epsxe emulator.
