Hang Gliding Nationals 2022 - Task 4

Task 4 was pretty full on! I got stuck on launch, clipped in and ready to go but had to wait under the glider for nearly 40 minutes! Once away from Mt Murchison though the conditions were strong and the chase for the other gliders in front was on. Unfortunately, rushing and fatigue lead me to make the bad choice of flying down the wrong side of the valley towards the end of the flight. 4 hours in the air and an amazingly scenic flight though! Bring on task 5! 😎

Definitely looked a tad rough mate, my shoulders would’ve been rooted! Perfect landing 😎.
