- A beautiful rendition of this lovely aria from Bizet's The Pearlfishers.
English tenor, Heddle Nash.
Restored in DES STEREO 2023.
This is a real gem👏👏👏
It is indeed! If you or others would like to hear more of Heddle Nash's singing, please note that you are very welcome to listen to a playlist of items I've collected from around UA-cam.
@@The-Organised-Pianist Thank you very much☺
@@wm.traynor1143 You're very welcome! 😁
A truly wonderful performance, subtle, smooth and very elegant… were sensitivity and beauty of tone meet… ⭐️🌹⭐️
Thank you for sharing this excellent recording! 🙏🍀
Although I can’t be present on UA-cam quite as often as I used to for personal reasons, I‘m very happy I discovered this gem! 💎
It might well be the brilliant highlight of the best part of my day - the one that‘s filled with music…
@@hrbooksmusic7878 Agree to You, even in English a real gem.....

And I bet that FOHN will love it once she discovers the recording… She‘ll know it, of course… but she‘ll be happy to see that it‘s now available to more listeners… ⭐️

Ich tu‘s ja auch… jedes Mal!
Yes, this is Heddle Nash (tenor) singing, but the picture is of his son, John Heddle Nash (baritone)!
Thank you very much for uploading this beautiful singing by Heddle Nash. Listeners may be interested to know that although the singing is certainly by Heddle Nash, the photo currently on the video is actually of one of the sons of Heddle Nash, whose name was John Heddle Nash. The man pictured was a fine baritone whose recordings are also worth hearing. 😊
Thanks for this information!
@@ballaratboy1 You're welcome. From what I've read about Heddle Nash, it's clear to me that he was very proud of his sons, so I think that he would probably have been very glad that we are thinking about John Heddle Nash too! Thank you for helping Heddle Nash's singing to be more widely heard.
What a voice, in my view a match for McCormack
Beautiful, however the picture John Heddle Nash...
