Keep the content coming I love your videos. I was wondering what frame pack you use and also I was wondering if those poles that you use if they help quite a bit

I use the Eberlestock pack. There are a lot of good packs out there. I like the modularity of the Eberlestock. I have the sissy stick trekking poles and really like them. At my age, they are needed. There are less expensive trekking poles that would do the same.
